It was near closing . I had a nail in my back left tire. Mr. Matthew C. Ellis, took care of my situation. Got me right back to the Service shop Tech. I was so happy. Thanks to Matt. Like always... smooth talk and spin repairs to not be covered under warranty. Get a new scam. Never had a dealership honor any warranty related repairs. #purchased new here this year and has low mileage.

Had a wonderful experience with having my oil changed. Duane on service was very personable and informative. He took time to go over the things my car needed and wasn t too pushy. He advised me of needing new tires. He said they would match the price so that I would keep my service there. They definitely did come through for me and matched the price and took care of my tires. I was pleased with the service they provided. Chris with the tire department was very personable and informative as well.

I ve been with Vandergriff Honda now for over 12 years. I initially was convinced by the Salesman that getting out of my Ford and into a Honda would be a life changing experience, so I purchased a Pre-Owned Honda Accord, kept it for 2 years and then purchased a New Honda Accord and now have purchased 3 New Honda s since then.
I was so satisfied, I took a friend to test drive a Honda Accord Touring (since they liked my car so much), and they sold their Mercedes because of the service, accessories and durability of Honda s.

I ve had excellent service with my Service Provider Hung Ho .he always walks with me to my car once it s finished to insure I am 100% satisfied ..if I m not, he doesn t let me leave until I approve of the service. To me, that s A+ Service.
