If I could give them zero stars, I would. I ordered accessible seating. When I received my tickets, they showed no sign of being accessible. So, I called and they assured me that they were handicapped seating. I get to the arena and find out they are regular seats. I asked for a supervisor and he pats my friend with cerebral palsy on the back saying , "I'll take care of you." He puts in front of a hanginger beam which totally obstructed our view! So, I requested another seating arrangement and I had to wait and waited for that same supervisor. He says, "I don't think they will allow me to move you again. " Like he was doing us sure huge favors! Finally we got our seats moved by another woman. By this time, we had missed all of the opening acts. At the end of the show, I got separated from my friends. I was waiting for them to pick me up in the doorway. The person informed me that I would have to leave in 3 minutes. I get in the parking lot, it is dark, no security...and get this-it costs $40 to park! Absolutely ridiculous!

Not really a review more a question to management. Why aren't there any events scheduled for this summer? As management I realize that you know to make money you have to book events. Basic. I was looking to do something local and pulled up your website. Sadly there is nothing all summer. Does not look good for you guys. Can't pay the bills if there are no shows. Very disappointing ! Sorry to be direct but get to work and get your arena filled.

I was disappointed with the handicap parking I did not think that there was significant space. When we got into the arena you had to walk quite a lot to get to your seat and getting to your seat for me with severe spinal stenosis was a hardship. I don't think that I would go back again under those conditions

The SNHU re-brand is a welcome update from the old Verizon Wireless branding, although not much else has changed. Parking can be difficult to find during big events here, but it is a modern arena for an ever-improving Manchester.

It's an arena. So I saw Disney on ice there which was fun for the kids but a complete bore for me. Not withstanding it was a good show and interactive I just can't sit there. The minute I sit down it's nap time. Any way minor annoyance is all the signs for the seating rows, they're a bit difficult to navigate and per usual the seats are too cramped to squeeze through to get to your middle seats. It certainly didn't help several DBags didn't move but I digress. The acoustics are more for sounds to move to the stage rather than out. I would still go there for an event. The three stars is mainly on account I fell asleep watch Disney on ice.

Plenty of nearby parking if you don't want to shell out $20 for event parking. Lots of nearby restaurants and a Market Basket mean you don't have to mortgage the house for a few hot dogs and sodas, if you eat before the event. Quick lines.

We were privileged enough to have a private suite at the Stevie Nicks show, and it was very comfortable with attentive service by their staff. The restrooms were a little far from the suite, and were supposed to be for the suite guests, but they turned into a free for all when the door got propped open and everyone in the general area began using them, resulting in long lines. Overall, a great time at a convenient location.

I never write reviews, but this deserves 1 star as I was disgusted by the staff of this arena. Every time I ve been they have been so unbelievably rude and strict. Puts a bad image on the city for people who travel to see shows. I recently saw the cirque du soleil show, but I felt like the real clowns were the people who worked there. I am disappointed that I have only had upsetting experiences here. It s time to hire some young people and get rid of the cranky old folk.
