If I could give them zero stars, I would. I ordered accessible seating. When I received my tickets, they showed no sign of being accessible. So, I called and they assured me that they were handicapped seating. I get to the arena and find out they are regular seats. I asked for a supervisor and he pats my friend with cerebral palsy on the back saying , "I'll take care of you." He puts in front of a hanginger beam which totally obstructed our view! So, I requested another seating arrangement and I had to wait and waited for that same supervisor. He says, "I don't think they will allow me to move you again. " Like he was doing us sure huge favors! Finally we got our seats moved by another woman. By this time, we had missed all of the opening acts. At the end of the show, I got separated from my friends. I was waiting for them to pick me up in the doorway. The person informed me that I would have to leave in 3 minutes. I get in the parking lot, it is dark, no security...and get this-it costs $40 to park! Absolutely ridiculous!
