If you want to suffer terrible customer service - 3 months to resolve a billing/service issue of hundreds of dollars - go with Verizon.
The deception and dishonesty of the salespeople at Verizon is appalling!! I can't wait to be out of this contract and go somewhere where people have some integrity!! This company sucks!!!
