Great firm, hired 7 people from here all good candidates, with an exception to one. But totally excepted and expected when dealing temp labor.

Great company, great people, feels like a true family!

We tried asking to speak to a manager about becoming a resource. Front desk lady was the rudest person I ve ever met. Super unprofessional and abrasive. Raised her voice and threatened us because we were sellers . Until a nice gentleman named Travis came and spoke with us. This lady was borderline senile and I would be very careful working with them if she is any indication of their service. I ve never written a review for a company before. She was that bad.

This is a typical recruiting agency without any technical knowledge. It is totally waste of time to talk with them if you're a real developer. First question Ryan asked me:" Do you know confluence ?" And later : " Are you familiar with Agile or Scrum ?" Lol. It takes years to master software developing skills and it takes only 2 days to have a "Scrum Master" certificate. You guys interview me for ridiculous skill that would take 2 days get certified ? Another common problem with this agency is they have no idea about IT. I already told Ryan that I know Angular but after that he asked me : "Do you know JavaScript ?" Totally waste of time. They don't know which skills are subset of other skill and which skill is prerequisite of other skills, therefore they just skim the requirement and skim your resume to manually match "skill by words" ( by String in term of programming lol). I wish they have a little insight in IT to make the interview make sense a little bit.

Great recruiting agency. Recruiter was very nice, quick to reply to questions. Account rep met me at the interview location before hand to go over in last questions I had.

Once I got the job, the account rep met me on the first day and brought breakfast, which was really nice.

Account rep even came up after about a month in and took myself and the 2 other recruits that worked with me from Verity out to lunch to ask how things were going and see if we had any issues.

They offer benefits, vacation time, and holiday pay for recruits, which is really uncommon. Hands down best recruiting agency I've worked with, would definitely recommend.

Been working with Verity for almost 4 years. Company's not perfect (who is?), but it's a good group of hardworking people trying to do a great job for their clients and candidates.

Was a good paycheck for a minute. Not everything they say is true, and they have a break down in communications.

Some of the best technical recruiters I have ever worked with in my 17 years experience in IT. They work extra hard to place you in the right position.

I have been a contractor for them for the last 7 months. They are very personable, they always keep you updated, are legitimately concerned with your well-being/growth as an employee

Proved to be a waste of time. They are disappointed if you get a job without theit assistance. I gave them a shot, but they failed to find me a suitable new opportunity
