Huge building security system is great very neat and clean environment staff are very friendly and nice

I went to Sui Gas South office. Corrupted office ever. There is no proper setup. people are not in their office in duty times.

There is an office here for the Sui Gas No effort in those people Shiva feeds people Salary people take tax .

I went to SECP which is in building 2 floor 4. Typical government offices, o order in que and make sure if you have some work to finish you must have alot of spare time, as you gona waste alot of time there. building is too old or atleast looks too old, inside is full of pan spits. Road outside is fully packed with cars so better to park your car somewhere else nearby and walk the way towards building 2.

Most of the offices are possessed by Government Autonomous bodies .i.e State life insurance corporation, NAVTAC, BISP etc.

Desperate need of upkeep and maintenance. It's sad to such a dilapidated building in the financial center (I. I. Chundrigar) of the country.

Statelife building, ufone and other companies offices located here, statelife office is on 11 floor.

Lifts are available. Staff is cooperative. Very big building and people come here to get themselves insured.

Poorly managed building. Parking for visitors a serious problem. Canteen on roof top. Prayer area on multiple floors.

State life building 2 at Wallace Road (off: I.I. Chundrigar Road) is a calm place. The building is a master piece of architecture but not well maintained.

Old design buildin at financial hub of Karachi. Parking is big problem

State life building-2 visited three times in last 30 days. Overall building clean and good. Staff is coperative.Negative thing is on main entrance gate from top water drops.Not sure Ac drain water or what? This minor problem can be solved. Building management should consider it.Guess this neglected because top management not walk through from here! Pedestrian suffer only.
