Been working with Verified First for almost 3 years now and I can honestly say this is the best place I have worked for. There is numerous things to mention what is so great about this job. But the main one is the management they genuinely care about their employees from the Owner of the company all the way down. Grateful to be a part of a great team.
You have your employees leave fake reviews! Beware with trusting your companies future with these services! Your company still is not accredited through the NAPBS? Your company is a joke. Beware. Heard a rumor you guys are still in the process of buying out Background Screeners Of America? Is this true?

A simple search of previous business names and locations that VF has had will show blatant lies about affiliations and certifications. Check the BBB, check litigation on NMS. This company continues to lie about its Authority and the products it sells! Employees are kept in the dark and a majority of the things spoken on the phone to reach new clients are are bent. Be very aware when running a background check through this company! You will not be receiving the information you were told you would be. STAY AWAY from their Nationwide search!!!!!! It doesn't do what they say. This search leaves so much out. This company is based in Idaho and it can't even get Idaho's criminal information on an individual with their Nationwide search! This company claims to not be a Third Party background company, but in my opinion they are. They entered a Mutal investment partnership with BSA. VF gets their information from another company.
This company is absolutely ideal to work for, the managers will go out of their way to make sure you learn your materials in a constructive manner.
The best place to work in the state of Idaho. I love my job and they love me back. Verified first does awesome work for our clients and the people that are part of our employee base
