What's the point of using them for services for a verification of employment, if they always need help. Worst company for verification of employment. Like do they even bother calling companies, or do they just make notes to appear they are doing the job with ZERO effort or results. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY FOR VOES.

Veri-tax is the verification of the future. Their process is all done online, the form automatically calculates annual totals and the online submission saves countless steps. I wish all companies did verification this way!

Veri-Tax has saved me so much time on hunting down employers and contact info for VOE's. They don't just call and wait for a call back - they are persistent to get our Verifs back as soon as humanly possible. I appreciate the way they go back to the employer for additional detail if the VOE first comes back incomplete - and I love that employers can complete it and use DocUSign. I think that feature helps Veri-tax be as quick as it it.

As an employer, this is the worst company to RECIEVE an employment verification request from. They also have the most complicated non-customer friendly and longest phone tree system to call someone back on. Of course you are rewarded with leaving a voicemail. Their system demands tons of information that is completely unnecessary and legally questionable. This is a serious disservice to anyone they are performing this service for.
