If you're looking for tech that works, the automated voice recognition this company offers is not it. First pass with the ASR software only creates useless word salad that creates an extra step for transcriptionists to delete before wearing themselves out on a QWERTY keyboard.

It looks awesome & it would likely meet and exceed the accommodations for my disability - transcription of various and long audio phone calls. The company's online "pricing form" only allows for a "company" and someone with a "company email" to inquire regarding their product. If you value your time, which most people that require an automatic transcription software likely do, I recommend to look elsewhere. For example, a quick search on YouTube for "Google Docs auto transcription" may meet your basic needs. Alas, I Verbit Offices, 2 stars base on this and the fact that their website looks awesome. The website builds up great expectations and let's the "End User" down, when you can't even communicate to Verbit using the "Price" inquiry form.
