All the equipment I purchased was in excellent condition. The quality is closer to new than refurbished. I would recommend Venture Medical to anyone trying to find an alternative for equipment. Great service overall.

Wonderful Company!!! 6 years ago Venture Medical was an asset to me when my boss and I were given the task of accrediting an ASC. We had no contacts in regards to purchasing equipment. We were referred to Venture Medical and they were able to obtain all of the equipment, lighting, tables, medical carts and numerous items that we needed. All we had to do was tell them what we needed and they often found it for us as a new item or a refurbished item. The team was always up front with me about the cost and I was able to trust them in regards to when it was ok to use refurbished equipment.
I have continued to use them over the years and have referred other healthcare providers to them as well. This is a business relationship that is a wonderful asset to me.

I was not impressed with the customer service this company provides. Horrible communication and customer service all around. Items were not delivered when they stated they would be, some items had issues and we are now stuck with broken items. Worst experience with a distributor by far.

Very unprofessional. Customer service could use alot of work. I was talked down to and made to feel stupid. Good thing that there is a 90 day warranty, I have had to return every piece of equipment for repair soon after purchase. I do not recommend this place to anyone seeking quality refurbished medical equipment. Using their equipment could be detrimental to the health of who you are using it on.
Our company, After Hours Pediatrics Urgent Care in Tampa Fl., has been doing business with Venture Medical since 2002. They have repaired my equipment in a timely manner. They are always very competitive on pricing for new equipment. They also have a great selection of in-house refurbished equipment. We have purchased many of their refurbished items and the equipment comes to our site like it was new from the factory. They have a great group of people that take the time to do things right. I have no desire to search for another Biomed company and would HIGHLY recommend giving Venture Medical a shot at earning your business as they did me. Thank You Venture Medical for 14 great years!!
John and Venture Medical equipped our entire one OR surgical center about 8 years ago. They provided us with all the equipment we needed and at excellent prices. Everything continues to work well. They are highly knowledgeable about medical equipment in general and have always been able to answer our questions and provide technical assistance. Sometimes, we'll send equipment to them to fix and other times, they will speak with our local guys to help them fix our larger equipment, like our OR table. They have always been able to deal with our equipment issues.
Financially, they are beyond fair and reasonable. Their prices are very competitive and they don't nickel and dime you over every little thing. In fact, they are quite generous in NOT charging for small things. Overall, they have been an excellent resource for us and we will continue to work with them for as long as we need medical equipment. Highly highly recommend them!
I recently built a new medical office building in Naples, Florida. My goal was to have my plastic surgery practice and fully accredited operating room under one roof. I worked with Corey at Venture Medical to purchase much of my equipment for the operating and recovery rooms. I purchased operating room lights, exam room lights, stretchers, anesthesia machine, electrocautery, fluid/blanket warmer, and much more. Corey was very responsive during the year and a half of planning. He attended preliminary construction meetings, worked with me on getting the highest quality equipment at the best price, and has remained involved and responsive 4 months after delivering the equipment. I feel that Venture Medical offers high quality service and you will not feel abandoned after the equipment is delivered. They are a top notch organization and dedicated to the highest level of customer service.
