These guys cut off our water a week before we were past due? On a Tuesday night with a kid living here...get your billing right and figure this out. I called the emergency line which directed me to the Ventura police station then had a guy contact me, he told me we owed $135 but our bill is $213 due a week from now and they shut off for water...come on not even a notice placed on the fence or anything? Lazy couny employees that don't get fired and talk like they don't care about anything.

Water is extremely hard and tastes terrible. City water should never be so hard and it is not efficient to have people buying individual softening systems and having to filter all the water in the house or risk bad health and ruined appliances.

Collin Boys just left my house after doing a free Water Survey. I had an extremely high water bill. He spent a good 45 minutes checking everything out. He managed to figure out the problem, give me the best news, and end my day on a high note. He was very clear, very patient, and very comfortable to deal with. He's very knowledgeable and I recommend Water Serveys to anyone in need.

What form of corruption allows Ventura Water to destroy our last drips of Lake Casitas water? They sell it super cheap to the oil companies ruining it forever with cancer-causing toxic chemicals at a mere .002 cents a gallon or $1.72 per 100 cubic feet (748 gallons!)..... When this water is gone Ventura residents will be forced to spend millions for replacement water (up to a billion ratepayer dollars over ten years!). What a scam! Residents will be essentially be forced to subsidize the wasteful and destructive oil companies that pollute our F Grade air and pump deadly chemicals through our aquifer. It take 50 barrels of precious fresh Lake Casitas water mixed with 1000 toxic chemicals (like biocides and hydrofluoric acid!) just to retrieve just one little barrel of oil. Are we going to be a residential area and tourist destination or a polluted wasteland oilfield? Ventura Water should raise their fees for oil companies who are flush with money.
