I started work here on 2nd shift and was told right away that no phones were allowed on the manufacturing floor, but as soon as the main office closed for the day, everybody was on their phones.
Really didn't care about that fact, heck I was the new person there, but having to work overtime because they weren't getting the minimum work done and having to work overtime is not my thing.
Sorry, other things to do in life besides spending excessive time at a crappy job at a crappy place to work.
Needless to say, I got out of there.
