I am waiting till 11am very slow service. The lady on checkin window is super slow, I wait for more than 1 hrs to get my papers ready, on the top of that she is very rude. She was jumping here and there and pretending she is very fast but actually she is super slow oh my god.

Really bad experience maan packing got dock on time .After three hour they said put your truck on another dock . 5 hour to complete my pickup of 2 pallet .

Depends upon the product is ready or not ,if it s then they will load you around your appointment.nice staff .

O my God, The Truck drivers spent too much time here. First they no load without appointments but if you make an appointment in the morning then they give you appointment after 12 hours
And after the time of appointment you spent another 9 hours. I mean total time for pick up u need 23 hours
I was only 4 pallets for loading but I waited 23 hours.
So I don t want to give half star for their lazy service

Very, very slow, appt was at 4:00pm arrived at 3:15pm, didn t get loaded till 10:00pm. Enough room to back in safely. There are restrooms in front of office. These people clearly don t care about service/production. Truckers be aware bring food/water and be prepared to take your 10 here. Picked up from this location multiple times, same story over and over. Product not ready, product has not cooled down to proper temp. Be advised fellow truckers stay safe out there
