Absolutely terrible company. Our non-profit hired them to outsource our IT issues, but they do not communicate with our company's employees when they implement updates. Nor, do they respond in an adequate amount of time to resolve IT issues. They say that they're "active" on Slack, but it takes them 2-3 days to respond. Due to their mismanagement of transitioning to Office 365, I lost photos on my personal iPhone because I had my company email address synced to it. Only after other coworkers pointed out the problem, did they say that it was a side effect of the transition. Their "apology" came a little too late, just like their service in general.
