Venice Ristorante and Wine Bar Reviews

My wife and I have eaten here several times in the past but this is the first time in since the pandemic. It seems the place has really gone down hill or it was one very very very off night for them. Either way we don't plan on returning. Service was extremely slow, Food was completely over cooked (Lamb ordered at med-rare and came at well-done), apart from over cooked food had little to no flavor, heaters didn't work at first outside when cold and when they did were extremely loud making it difficult to talk, more drinks were on the tab than ordered, and again service was pretty much none existent. For the amount that was paid it was one of the worst dinning experiences we have had in a very long time.

It was our first time here and this place was great! We will definitely be back again. The food was amazing for a great price and our server wolf gang was very friendly.

Great spot for Italian. They are also able to accommodate large groups with reservations. Staff was great as well!

Always excellent food, atmosphere, service and wine! By far the most authentic Italian you can find in Denver. Thanks to Allessandro and Daniel for a great evening out!

Came here for my sister s birthday. The staff was extremely professional and courteous. Also some of the best Italian food I have ever had in my life.

Our server was lovely. He really knew how to work a table. Calamari was a bit...fishy. Other than that, pretty decent fare.

We live in the union station neighborhood and loved to come here often! The food is great. Yesterday we had a not so great experience. We had a reservation and made it on time and were sat at a table inside. After we were sat we were told it was the wrong table and we needed to move. Understandable but was still embarrassing as we were paraded across the building to then have to wait another 15 minutes for our table.
Our waitress was very sweet and helpful and had great suggestions for us! Unfortunately though the restaurant was very busy or so it seemed because we were constantly waiting. Everyone s food was great but the experience was very very poor, it sucked that we chose to bring our out of town friends here. I d like to say we will be back someday but will definitely start exploring the neighborhood for a new regular place.

If you're looking for a top notch meal with incredible service then this is a place to stop! Robert was our server who kept the party going while we enjoyed a birthday celebration. From the Lamb Rack to the Chicken alla Milanese all of the food was incredible. Cocktails were spot on and the wine recommended by Robert was spot on. This place was simply a great experience. First off, the posted pictures don't do this place justice. We celebrated Valentine's day here and it was the perfect place. Great ambiance. Servers were polite, attentive, and helpful. The food was amazing! I would 100% recommend the rack of lamb. It was amazing.

Zero vegan options on the menu. Sort of odd for a restaurant in Denver. It's take nothing to use a little imagination and toss together some ingredients you've already got on hand. I can't comment on the food, because I just sat there while everyone else in my party ate.
