Lovely coffee shop inside the old mill (go though the external doors, through the glass doors, forward and to the right) that serves excellent coffee, various other drinks and really good cake. I had the best Nutella brownie I've ever had!
There's a variety of seats inside as well as an external, covered searing area out of the rear doors.

Living in Manchester we visit a Coffee shop in Chester called Short and Stout we found our they use Ancoats Coffee. We visited here today for the first time staff are friendly and informative. All covid safe and Best Beans in Britain!

This place is good for real coffee lovers! The place is nice and cosy too and the staff are very friendly. I was disappointed they did not have any syrups for the coffee! They need a better selection of cakes and biscuits too.

At the moment of writing this March 2021, Ancoats has to be the best cafe in Manchester at the moment. The equipment and the baristas are all top grade in what they do and it's vis-a-vis the Marina where you can enjoy your drink
I spent a full day at Ancoats Coffee last Friday as we were interviewing candidates for a new role. Chelsie and the team were fantastic! Breakfast was unbelievable (homemade banana bread with mascarpone , strawberries and blueberries) and for lunch I had the homemade vegetable soup. The coffee was also top notch and I couldn't recommend more highly!

Staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating and coffee is top notch. There s extra seating in the courtyard bit too if you venture outside.
I ordered a bag of coffee online and received it promptly. It was delicious! I then got an email from Ancoats Coffee to let me know that they weren t super happy with the coffee they sent to me, so they sent out another bag free of charge. Such amazing honesty and service, even more commendable during this tough year. Thank you!
