Good cocktails and service is very accommodating with yummy vegan options.

Great food, fun place to meet a couple people (not for groups). Also really loud, so don't go on a date there.

Excellent location, right off the Promenade. I had the crispy chicken sandwich and was extremely pleased. Great, friendly service and the outdoor seating is the perfect location for people watching.

Food is delicious, service great. Little on pricey side for small plates, which add up quick, but definitely a lot of skill in the dish design

THE YELLOW JACKET & CAULIFLOWER FRIED RICE(vegan) !!!!!!!!!!!! Not a huge vegan selection but still was able to choose from good options! Beautiful restaurant and cool vibe. I love coming here!

The drinks were great. The bartenders were attentive and the atmosphere was on point. The Spicy shrimp was good, it needed to be more spicy though, other than that, they were great.They were also very knowledgeable about Whiskey options.

This place is seriously delicious!!! We came here to try to Brussels sprouts, which were AMAZING. I've never had Brussels sprouts like this before, and my boyfriend usually refuses to eat them, but he literally loved these. Their Baked Macaroni and Cheese was so scrumptious, and their French fries were also absolutely delicious. We also had the Misfit Burger, Medium Rare, and it was so perfect, and even comes with an (optional) egg on top. The whole ambiance of this place is excellent, it has dim lighting, pretty mirrors, books lining the walls, and other really nice, comfortable decoration. Love this place!!

Excellent atmosphere and mixology. However, I came for the handlebar mustache but was saddened to learn it was freshly shaven. It's not worth $20 Christian.

The wait is about 30 mins around TUE 6PM for 2 persons. Like their salads, the decor and ambience is nice too.

It s been a while since I ve been thoroughly impressed by the quality of the service, the speed of the food & drinks, and the taste of the food. Misfits has hit them all. Highly recommended! :)

Couple years ago. Took handicapped relative in wheel chair in with me. It was very crowded. Once there I asked host how long of a wait. The host said it was a long wait. I said "Just a second, I'm just moving my relative out of the way for other people to get out". I moved them few feet out of way. The host must not have heard me. I came back they said you didn't listen to me. I'm kicking you both out. I couldn't believe it. Very rude and bias. If I didn't know better I would thing they were profiling people getting in. I had been there 2 times before and had a good time. Food great horrible front host staff.

The food at Mistfit changes periodically and never disappoints. Love the salads and the lobster roll sliders. Brunch is excellent and there is an extended happy hour. Great craft cocktails-- they make several with grapefruit that are the best on the patio on a nice day. Also love the complimentary chocolate chip cookies with sea salt at the end of the meal. I have purchased additional packages of them for visiting guests. Only downside is that it can be very difficult to hear and have a conversation inside and at the bar on the evenings it's very crowded--no place to stand and people constantly elbowing and pushing you. Patio is great though.

Get the crispy chicken sandwich, fries, and finish with Mac and cheese!! Shared this with my wife. Amazing!!!

Everything was delicious! We got the prime rib meal and the filet mignon during happy hour which is from open to 7pm. Our meals came out fast and hot. We are out of towners,obviously, but we will be back! Our waiter was amazing aswell.

Great spot in Santa Monica that's closish to the beach. Reminds me of a place you'd see in NYC. Great for people watching and make sure to sit outside if the weather is on the warmer side.

Love this place! Fun, good-looking and playful staff. Place is full of pretty people. Our server was Jeremy who's amazing btw. The food is creative, tasty and in generous portions. The homemade complimentary cookies will make you stay or come back Just a great atmosphere and fun dinning experience. Can't go wrong with a place filled with smiling faces!!

WOW. Honestly at a loss for words, not only is the food absolutely delicious but the service is on point and the operations here are incredibly professional and efficient. I enjoyed the baked mac n cheese...I've eaten Mac n cheese all over this country and let me be the first to say (probably not the first to say) but this dish was absolutely delectable. I'd 10/10 recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for great ambiance, with a sophisticated taste just looking for a good overall experience. Will be back, that's for sure!

Delicious food and nice decor. Lentil soup, Mediterranean salad with chicken and dates and seared ahi tuna burger was delicious. Would come here again and try the mixed drinks too. They have a brunch happy hour on the weekends.

Salty ..... and the amount is small. Recommended second. The atmosphere is good ... I'm so noisy, so I have to scream and talk, but it's okay to scream.

What a great place. The drinks and apps were amazing. The folks I hung out with were awesome. But Alyssa, our bartender from Redmond WA, was top notched and took care of us to another level. I will definitely be back here on my next trip to LA area.

This place is the bomb! Superior service, cozy place, very professional staff, excellent bartenders. Sit inside towards the back for a little privacy, or inside around other people, or you can sit outside on the patio and watch people go by! The food and drinks are absolutely worth it.

So my bf and I came to Cali from Alaska and this is hands down the BEST restaurant weve been too. We stopped by here on the way out to Vegas and this place just spook to us. The cocktails are so delicious and the food is fantastic. Service was great too. We'll definitely be back soon.

Great staff, delicious california-style cuisine (asian influenced, lots of fresh produce). Happy hour cocktails are just $6 till 7pm! The only regret I have is that our neighbours had the mac and cheese and I wish we had ordered it as it looked amazing!

Awesome food! Atmosphere trendy! Menu changes depending on the seasons but it doesn't disappoint! Bottle of wine were fairly priced. Menu a bit on the high end but well worth the location!

Solid spot. Burgers are $15...but proabably competing for best burger in LA with umami and fathers office. They have a great lunch special monday through friday for $5. The burger used to be on that lunch special one day a week...but no more :/ Friendly bar tenders. They also have a superior happy hour from 12-7. Great ambiance, this is a great spot especially for lunch or happy hour. Recommended spot!

One of my favorite Santa Monica restaurants, I come here almost every time I am in town. And I take friends there is they never have been. When it gets busy the two hour wait is worth it! Plus you can walk around until your table is ready.

the food here is incredible. The kitchen knows what they are doing. I had the salmon and the tuna as an ap. Mind blown. My friends had both burgers & they raved about it. Always a great spot for the atmosphere, food and drink. A goto spot for a group, lively, charismatic, fun.

Overall enjoyed my experience and food. Food was the highlight of the night! The chicken sandwich and shrimp are unreal... the service however.... could use a little bit of work... my group and I are from out of town and have never been treated in such a way. The staff around us were great but our server was a big let down. Drinks were subpar nothing too too crazy.

Oh. so so so so so good!
It was walking distance from the hotel so when I saw the fabulous rating with over 3000 reviews I knew we needed to go. Went for dinner last night. Our waiter was adorable and VERY good about helping us make selections, and then making us feel good about everything we choose.
They have a great selection of local beers, I can't remember what the one I choose was called - I remember it had the name 'magical and delicious' in it and that's pretty much why I ordered it!
We got the baba ganoush, crab & corn fritters, the mac & cheese, shrimp diablo, chicken sausage skewer, and the short rib skewers.
Oh. Em. Gee. EVERYTHING was simply marvelous. Cooked to perfection, sauces all delicious and paired perfectly with each dish. I don't know that I had a favorite - the short rib was my favorite of the skewers and the shrimp diablo was my least favorite of the small plates (but not by much, so don't overlook it based on that).
At the end of the meal you get a chocolate sea salt cookie that is SO good you want to grab the bowl and make a run for it out the door (but don't, that's just rude - instead ask your waiter to purchase some to take home with you)
The decor is so fun - it's in the 1929 clock tower building and the decor totally gives you that vibe. The bar is the focal point and there is SO much to see in it. I almost wish they weren't as busy as they were so that I could have gone up and checked it out closer - but busy is good so I'd never wish a business NOT have clients. :)

If I am in the area again this is DEFINITELY going to be a repeat visit!!
