Oh. so so so so so good!

Oh. so so so so so good!
It was walking distance from the hotel so when I saw the fabulous rating with over 3000 reviews I knew we needed to go. Went for dinner last night. Our waiter was adorable and VERY good about helping us make selections, and then making us feel good about everything we choose.
They have a great selection of local beers, I can't remember what the one I choose was called - I remember it had the name 'magical and delicious' in it and that's pretty much why I ordered it!
We got the baba ganoush, crab & corn fritters, the mac & cheese, shrimp diablo, chicken sausage skewer, and the short rib skewers.
Oh. Em. Gee. EVERYTHING was simply marvelous. Cooked to perfection, sauces all delicious and paired perfectly with each dish. I don't know that I had a favorite - the short rib was my favorite of the skewers and the shrimp diablo was my least favorite of the small plates (but not by much, so don't overlook it based on that).
At the end of the meal you get a chocolate sea salt cookie that is SO good you want to grab the bowl and make a run for it out the door (but don't, that's just rude - instead ask your waiter to purchase some to take home with you)
The decor is so fun - it's in the 1929 clock tower building and the decor totally gives you that vibe. The bar is the focal point and there is SO much to see in it. I almost wish they weren't as busy as they were so that I could have gone up and checked it out closer - but busy is good so I'd never wish a business NOT have clients. :)

If I am in the area again this is DEFINITELY going to be a repeat visit!!
