I consider myself to be very lucky for leaving this organisation so early. I have worked in this about a week and was going through training period. While my training period I've noticed one thing that every salesperson lies a lot to raise funds and it was one of the reasons for me to quit the job. One thing I would like to appreciate that it grooms your personality. It is a good place for freshers to improve interpersonal skill, presentation skill and communication skill. There is no fixed salary. You can earn incentives by raising funds for the charity.

Dont waste ur carrier by visiting this office, worst experience ever

One of the worst organization I HV ever seen..whatever the interview process is there it is just for formality..every one gets selected.. And they will tell u that u hav to work hard only for 6-8 months to become owner.. Bt it is fake...there so many As who have worked for more than 1 year..still are working as a salesman.. They will tell u that ur not salesman BT actually ur salesman.. And they will tell u we hav type with lot of companies BT they are only joined with CRY..and one of the biggest thing that is one BA is not allowed to talk to another BA..the reason u get to know all the truth of the organization coz ur seniors will not tell u anything.. Worst Company ever. Please do not waste your time for attending an interview.

This guys are totally fraud. They will make u beg in the name of charity trust. They take 3 rounds of interview to make us feel how serious r they in choosing candidates but in reality they don't even eliminate a single guy in any round. They will show u the big dreams, they will tell u how big clients they are holding n how big company they are. But if u make research on them u wouldn't find noticable existence of them on internet.

From the day I've joined it's been something that has changed me completely as a person in a good way. I quickly realized after working elsewhere, this was the first organization I loved working with. The training builds every individuals communication, confidence, positive attitude and growth structure here is immense. Everyday there's something new to look forward for.

Fake company ....don't go here for interview total waste of time .. your actual job work is to raise funds for NGOs .you have to go to the every house in the society and ask them to give funds for NGOs it's like ganpati Chanda ...no fixed salary it is on commission basis..

It is a time waste place where would I start I have seen reviews and thaught may be it is not true we should go there try
I went there group of people asked to be seated and group discusion was given and they openly asked to google the topic &say individually about the topic I was schoked the way they conducted group disscusion
Next comes the head of sales and the person who owns this so called velocity He said so many things and finally the training will be given to become Business Head only for that u should be trained in all marketing ,Hr,Finance ,Admin its is must any individual cant go here opt one department
so my genuine request is the above which i wrote is true

The company develops every aspect which is required to run a business i.e from sales to 'how to run your own business'.

Not that good, office is not that much spacious for multiple peoples...

Please whenever you notified by these Fake Organizations Names Like Velocity Group, Skyline Group, Opulence, Solidarity and etc block these profile immediately don't ever try to visit. If you are out of money then it is much more good to join a BPO for sometime but not these money monger places. They make money through the charities and I don't know whether the charity goes to the children or not because whatever charity you bring from the people their managers and business heads will distributes among themselves.

I just hope that this review should appears in front of everyone on Google.

I feel Shame to give review its totally fake comapny .one of the worst company dont waste your valubale time. Team banakes have been selected, the selection process is fake, it is either bithate or it is possible to select the face, but it will be the confidence of the person who has the power to win, actually time management is the most important thing, the worst thing is to face the face, With no credit or important information, fake company fake workers.
Opulence, velocity, skyline, ek hi he or the job is alag bhijte ... plz do not visit this comapny.or sabse majedar bhi hai hai ki mail me post ke baat hai hai hai hai hai jaak pacha hai ki hai hai ..lol ...... job description is fake ... mail me higher liked is that I have a chat that has nothing to say that I have interviewed a group interview..lol ... jane se pehle Once the review has been completed, you can still see how much it is. or sabse message message, the degree of difficulty is difficult to understand, but it does not make sense, but it is important that the knowledge of the value is zero.

Good place to works , a decent enough place to work if there are leads present. It's very good for new people to grab the opportunity as the staff is good at training new people. There is lot of advancement opportunity for ambitious employees.

I had been there for an interview n when we were been taken on tge field for raising funds from the tge other company...first of all a trainer viz Nitin frm rajasthan...asks one the boy aap life se kya chahte ho?he says sab kuch...the trainer asks him sab kuch mai toh gay bhi aata hai. Gay chaiye?
I mean sereously guys?
Is this the way you talk?
He also kept looking at every passing female in a very vulgur way...
And also used a very slang language...hatret at its peak..
Very unsafe for females...no class org...

I joined this company few months back, and it has been a turning point in my life.....I always thought i could never find a proper job as a student, where i could take care of my expenses plus my luxuries....... but then i got this opportunity......and I grabbed it without thinking twice...... Wanted to share such a bad experience about my interview .

Membes are called for business associate for an interview .

But the job description / and work is not mention at profile . First day was GD round and members Those get selected for 2 nd group were called . 2nd day they send us on fild work . There we get to know we have to convince customers to make donation's for Cry foundation .

I'm with my two friends . I asking questions on the field . That if cry cancel the contract with velocity . So how as a employee will get an salary .

Then we went to office for final selection ground . There I get to know because of indiscipline I get rejected for this profile .

I personally don't feel I make an indiscipline on field .

Guys if you get an call form interview . So don't go .
