I originally purchased a Groupon for 4 iLipo treatments. I called to schedule an appointment, and their office hours are ridiculous for anybody who has a full-time job. Their excuse was that the owner who owns the practice works at other locations and she can only see patients on Mondays during specific hours. Their hours are 9am-4pm but require all consultations happen on a Monday, when the primary doctor may or may not be in the office. They have to call you back to confirm. They also do not respond to emails. The excuse was that the office manager has to pick up her kids from daycare. If you're in the business of helping people, that should be your priority when you're at work. If you are a stay at home mom and have time to go during these hours, great. If you work for a living, I don't recommend wasting your time even calling, they are less than accommodating.
I have been through some health issues and honestly don't know where I would be without Dr. Frandsen. She is the best!
