I ordered moldings for my truck. Which is a 1990 with less than 100k on the odometer. It has been garage kept and looks like new. The original moldings were still in good shape but the chrome was looking a little foggy. So I ordered new from these guys. After about a year I started noticing some chrome flakes on the floor. I have an epoxy floor in my garage so everything is easily noticed. Over the next year it reached a point where I knew it would need to be replaced. I sent them pictures and discussed it with them over the phone. No reply- No anything after I sent the pictures. They frankly don't care. No discount offered. Nothing. Poor customer service. The fact they put a one year warranty means they know the quality it not there. I say buyer beware. If they will do this over 150 bucks worth of molding. Imagine how they would be if you bought anything substantial from them
I added their Rear Bumper Protector to my 2016 Chevy Malibu and it not only saved me from having a scratched up bumper while I was moving but it also looks very nice when on. I have since purchased corner bumper guards to protect from grocery trip mishaps and boy does it help!
