The information on their website is outdated. They've been told this repeatedly, yet do nothing about it.
Their staff should all sign. Good God people, it's the Dept for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing! They have this one woman who thinks she's better than the deaf community and looks down her nose at everyone and thinks she can sign. HA! Not a deaf friendly place at all.
