Overall, my experience with them was fairly average. The design work they delivered was decent and met my requirements. However, I found the communication process to be quite slow and sometimes unresponsive. It took longer than expected to receive updates and feedback on my designs, which caused a bit of delay in my project timeline. Additionally, I felt that the pricing was on the higher side compared to the quality of work delivered. While I appreciate their effort, I think there is room for improvement in terms of communication and value for money.
