This place is always busy. Once a destination for ball hockey and indoor soccer it is now hosting volleyball, some kind of softball practice, parties and who knows what else to the point that the place is confusing at times and the parking lot is a true mess. It needs to improve. There needs to be some money spent on improving the washrooms, the parking lot, add some signage, get rid of old junk lying around, dressing rooms...the list goes on.

Just got back from my sons 6th birthday party! I highly highly highly recommend using this place for any party you have. The area I had was massive. We had a sink, fridge, tables- the place was huge and it was private. The pizza they offer is delicious. The Ninja Lounge was so much fun! The kids did not complain they were bored once. The staff there are excellent and helpful. I cannot say enough good things about Linda!!!!

great for kids party. Kids Loved the soccer fields and climbing. price was great. everyone had a fantastic time.

We had our son's birthday there this past weekend in the e-game lounge. Linda and her staff were amazing!!! All we did was show up and watched the kids enjoy the party!!! We would like to thank you all again for your great work. Our son had the best time with his friends!!!! We have already recommended this party room to friends of ours. Phil

WARNING! If you value the health of your child you WILL stay clear of this place. They will trick you into signing a liability waiver that goes beyond anything that is reasonable. This place is a scam and a rip off.. The building is falling apart and they will make you sign a form that makes it clear that no matter how negligent they are in any of their actions, you will have no recourse at all if anything happens to your child. WATCH OUT! This place stays open because of unethical legal practices and not because they are anything more then some dirty arcade. They employees are also quite rude and that alone makes it clear that they could not care any less about what happens to your child. There are a hundred better places in Vaughan to bring your children to. Stay away from this scam at all costs.

Soccer:
Feild size is on the smaller side when compared to competition. Pitch quality is pretty average. However, pricing is fair. Would recommend for recreational games.

We celebrated both our children's birthday parties at vaughan Sportsplex this years. First party was in the ninja room and second ball hockey. The staff were awesome and friendly. They appeared organized and efficient as well.
I would recommend this venue for an awesome party for either boy or girl of any age.

What an AMAZING season! We had been in other soccer leagues and they don't compare to what we have experienced the last 2 years with Boyd Summer Soccer. Organized, amazingly friendly staff (Sonia, thank you), playing outdoors at Boyd Park and an exhilarating tournament to end the season at the Sportsplex II. Having the tournament indoors is a fabulous idea, no worries about the weather outside. We had an exciting summer, spending it with great kids, great parents and great coaches! We got the pleasure of meeting so many new people, our kids got to make many new friends all while enjoying friendly competitive games! That was the most important thing to us, that these games were friendly as well as competitive for these young, not always experienced players. We can't thank you guys enough for all that you have done for all your players. Being so organized made the summer run smoothly and enjoyable. Summer ending tournament complete with plenty of food, drinks, treats and different activities for the players and their families! What an experience this was! See you in October and already looking forward to next summer at Boyd!

Lots of new things, soccer field, information hockey, climbing wall,. Trampoline room, and zip line

Brought my son here to climb the climbing wall and was impressed with what this facility had to offer. It was clean and had a lot of activities available.

Considering looking into this for a birthday idea in the future. It could be a good option for a large group.

We go here every week to play volleyball - the field is great but the big issue is they do t have a proper ventilation for each room.
Rooms are getting hot and smelly after 10 people playing for 1 hour.

The turf in the small fenced field (once you walk in on the right side) is horrible! The turf is lifting, ripped and there are too many black rubber pellets. Many of our boys from our team have injured themselves from slipping on this unsafe turf!

My sons 3rd birthday party this past weekend was a huge success! This venue/facility blew our family & friends away. From the very beginning to the end customer service was amazing. We had the young kids playing in the Ninja Lounge and the older kids (and adults) playing in the soccer field. Took a pizza/cake break and then switched. This worked perfectly! Thanks to Linda for suggesting ;-) I have to mention how great it was to have both rooms visible from the party room area!!!! The parents LOVED this. We re already looking into booking our next function here!

Ceilings were too low for hockey but overall decent.

Very crowded, no one at the door to inforce mask or social distancing. Very disappointing!

Recently visited Sportsplex with my awesome grade 7 & 8 students. We had a blast! The activities were fun and well organized. Linda, Stefanie and the staff were very welcoming and professional throughout our visit. Thank you for a great experience.

Both my sons are registered in the soccer program at Boyd park. I needed to switch my sons team the first night (wanted to be with his classmate someone he knew) I spoke to the ladies in charge, they were very accommodating and made the change on the spot with no hassle or questions. Thank you.

This place for bdays and party's is amazing... Soo much room for kids of all ages to have fun and enjoy. AC in the summer would be great though

It's not clean and poorly maintained, if you want to book a birthday party there it is not worth any of your money at all. Everything is highly overpriced, and the staff are very careless about there work.

Came here for the archery tag. Not impressed.

The "terrain" was some caution tape strung up between water barrels.

90% of the bows had no tension, so you were better off just throwing the arrows.

Safety measures, were basically non-existant. Flimsy goggles were provided, not masks like you get at more reputable operations. Participants who wore glasses were told that they didn't need to wear the goggles as their glasses would provide sufficient protection.

Guess what, not only did a pair of glasses break on someone's face, but so did a pair of goggles. Players left with bruises and scratches and the cost of brand new glasses.

Played volleyball at the "multipurpose gym". Brand new floor, which is nice. Only about one foot of out of the court on the sides, not very good. $80/hour. Pretty steep for me. But since there are very few and far between of the places to play this is at least an option.

Was kind of difficult to find as Google maps couldn t quite pin the location. Went there to play basketball, there really no AC where we played and the floors were not that great. But honestly it was still fun to play there so I ll give it a 4.

Great field however , the temperature in the summer is extremely hot inside , they need more exhaust fans to make it more comfortable when breathing

We had my sons 9th birthday party In the e-game room, i cant tell you enough how pleased i was with Linda and the staff at Sportsplex. They were pleasant to deal with and very accomodating, I highly recommend this venue for anyone considering a birthday party. Will most definately return to sportsplex again for future parties.

Great place for hockey tournaments. Ice is well maintained.

The bubble soccer is horrible ! The straps are attached with duct tape, the bubbles are inflated with a leaf blower and have holes in them. It hurts when you bump into someone, when it really shouldn't.
The nerf tag is very lackluster, the guns jam, there is caution tape EVERYWHERE and you cant move because of it.

Such an amazing facility, great prices for field bookings and a great place to host a birthday party. The staff are very helpful and polite, would recommend Vaughan Sportsplex ll to anyone!

We celebrated, my daughter's birthday at Vaughan Sportsplex, and she had an amazing time with her friends. The staff were friendly and organized. Their party room upstairs was spacious, and had convenient amenities. We would definitely book her next party there again!

Great sports arena designed for kids with various facilities and good management.

My grandson plays football it's a pleasure to watch him and all the kids enjoy a beautifull game. Win or lose it's great entertainment

I had my sons birthday this past Saturday and we did the ninja party. Everything went perfectly. From start to finish we were very happy. The kids had a blast and the staff member in the room with them was awesome! Very friendly and helpful to all the kids. Linda and Stephanie were both awesome to deal with in the planning process and were very hospitable with checking in to make sure everything was ok! I highly recommend this venue for any fun event! Many of the parent guests were very impressed as well with all the activity the kids were able to do! Thank you for making such a memorable day for my son and me!!!

Great facility for playing sports and having a birthday party. I always find it very clean and organized. The stuff are always kind and very helpful with everything. Definitely recommend going to Vaughan Sportsplex 2.

This is a big sports centre with many different choices. We rented a private room to play volleyball and we were able to switch the equipment to play soccer and basketball. The prices were fair and the service was friendly. I think my brother paid $25 cash for a 4 p.m. booking for one hour. The parking is free. The place could use some renovations.

Great facility and management. So easy to rent the field with quick email replies and phone calls, totally hassle free. I run Field of Dreams Baseball Camp in the summer, and in December 2015 we ran our first Winter Break Camp at the Vaughan Sportsplex 2, that was such a huge success!! I would definitely go back to run my indoor camps there again

Called them to register my son for soccer,Can't believe how unfriendly staff could be. Just be polite while on the phone with someone and explain the procedure...

Big complex but the floor hockey in the back was very very hot

I have to only give two stars as there is no air conditioning and it gets uncomfortably hot and smelly in there.

A huge venue, for events only problem is seats are uncomfortable and hard to sit for a long period of time.Surface if field looks good but then again the roof is short,I think the food area only accepts cash , the parking lot has a lot of parking space. Other than that it was good

A 5-YEAR-OLD HIT BY A HOCKEY BALL WHILE PLAYING SOCCER
I am not impressed by the safety of the facility and how they handled complaints. My 5-year-old daughter Miya was hit and injured by a hockey ball while playing soccer and so far we have not received any apology but threatening lawyer letters stopping the story go public.
Here was the incident report issued by Sportsplex's staff on Mach 17 2018: "Miya was playing soccer with the soccer club an orange ball from the hockey rink accidentally came through the net and hit her on the back and the neck".To avoid a one-sided story I presented here only the fact from the report.
A picture of her injured area is posted here (click photo under my user name) as a proof how severe the ball stroked her. Miya cried loudly on spot for at least 30 minutes -- we had many witness. Her pain lasted for at least a day. She quit soccer even the outdoor soccer ever since . She enjoyed playing soccer before but has been afraid of an unexpected flying hockey ball striking her anytime ...
If any other victims also received their lawyer letters, I encourage they stand up by posting stories here. I may post more details and their lawyer letters later if needed.
I just read the response by the owner. S/he claimed " an inherit risk of being hit by a ball unintentionally as was the case with your daughter. " -- Hit in soccer field by a hockey ball from the hockey rink came through the net was not an "inherit risk" -- this was an avoidable risk if the net was properly installed and maintained. I do not believe the Participant Policy covers this kind of neglect -- if it does it will be considered void by law.

Went there recently and the facility was top notch. Played soccer and had a blast!

Held my sons 10 birthday party here. Linda and her staff were incredible... very friendly and accommodating. Kids had a great time. The basketball gym is fully renovated.

Our grade 8 students all went on a trip there yesterday, could've been fun but the staff would barely do anything about the rampaging kids using the bubbles, and the dodgeball was not even near fun, we never followed the program because there was no supervision at times, except for nerf tag. Could've been better.

Our grade 1, 3, and 4 students were there for a class trip. We had a great experience from planning with Stephanie to our final minutes at the complex. When we arrived Stephanie brought us a print out for the day, outlining our times at each rotation along with snack and lunch times.The staff at each rotation (Bubble Soccer, Nerf Tag, Trampolining & Rock Climbing) were amazing with the kids! They showed them how to play the games, use the equipment responsibly and encouraged them to have fun. We had lunch upstairs in the party room, which was plenty of space for the kids to relax between the rotations and scope out the next activity. The facility was really clean and well maintained. Everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful. Our students haven't stopped talking about how much fun they had - they're begging us to plan another trip there next school year!

Went for garba night...great place...good management...but not relevant for regular users...!!!

I ve had my family go there once before and they loved it, overall amazing everything. Fields, accommodations, were awesome! Go follow them on Instagram as well!! I won a Toronto Maple Leafs jersey from them, and it s official. A great business, keep it up guys!

I have soccer classes here, and even with Covid, I am still able to play and get better, and the schedule is very organized.

A little hidden in the back but very nice place and nice turf to play soccer on

Not very clean, washrooms needs renovation, sports courts are ok.

It is what it is. Nothing special just meets expectations.

Had a tournament last year going back this year as well great fields and you ll meet great ppl there as well

The place is disaster:

1. No fire alarms in the facility for over a year now
2. Inadequate parking and snow removal. You might as well hope for the best and pray to God you don't wipe out and/or hit anyone.
3. The fields are jammed and have no space around them for viewing the games, let alone actually playing them properly.
4. The netting in between fields is inadequate and you constantly have balls from adjacent fields being kicked into other games that are also taking place.

Worst of all, management seems it could care less.

Vaughan Rebels hosted a year end fundraiser at the Vaughan Sportsplex II. The team and the parents loved the spacious facility! The kids loved the Game Room, the Basketball courts and the fields. A big thank you to Linda and her staff for the great customer service, clean facilty and awesome variety of activities for the kids!

Just came home from my son's 9th birthday. If I could give a higher rating of 5 stars I would. Everything went perfectly, the staff was very friendly and super attentive. My son and all the kids (and adults) had so much fun playing soccer. Loved the area of the party room, very spacious and lots of spots for the kids and adults to sit and eat. Thank you for a wonderful experience and for making my son's birthday party one to remember!

We had my kids 10th and 11th birthday party yesterday and it was incredible. They both wanted a soccer party but they also wanted to do something with their friends separate from their siblings. Vaughan Sportsplex is the perfect place to do everything. My daughter and her friends started off in the ninja warrior lounge while my son and his friends started in the gaming room. After an hour they all met on the soccer field and had a game against each other. It was perfect!! The staff and owners are amazing and make planning a party so simple!!
