I gave it a star because I had to In order to right this review. My 8 year old son and his cousin got this as a gift for Christmas off Groupon. It was supposed to be for a Ninja Warrior Obstacle course. I'm wondering where the obstacle course was? they could have gone to a park and had more fun, even in the cold. We come from Hamilton Ontario, drove an hour to find a little room with a trampoline a rock climbing wall and a box full of foam squares to jump in. Oh I forgot there was a run down zip lining place at the back of the room. When we asked a staff member about it, we were told "oh no I wouldn't trust it don't think its that safe". So we decided to make the best of it. It was around lunch time so I decided to go and order chicken fingers and fries from the snack bar. When returning to pick up my order, I received about 10 fries and a little piece of a chicken finger along with 2 burnt chicken wings. I asked why there was chicken wings, I was told, Sorry we were out of chicken fingers so we decided to cook 2 wings.At this point I was super hungry so decided to eat what I got. That was a big mistake, when I bit into the chicken finger it tasted like it had gone bad. Disgusting. Worst experience ever, and would NEVER go back.

My son loves this place. Cant wait to get back at it !

Way to be called the vaughan sport plex bur you're in North York and listed as concord.....like seriously confusing and silly. Let's open a store in newmarket and call it mississauga

It certainly sounds/reads way better than it is, but it's far from that.
I cannot speak for other events or sports held here, but we were there for a volleyball tournament and it's definitely not a venue for this sport. Ceilings were way too low, courts were not good quality (temporary courts setup in a hockey rink), and the main entrance to the event was being kept open for air circulation, which meant in winter you couldn't watch the game on the nearest court to that door for too long as it got quite cold. Even the players on that court would complain, esp. those on the bench waiting their turn to play. The area for teams to eat was pathetically small with barely any tables for each, so teams (including parents) were sitting on the ground for lunch.
The biggest complaint waa that only one ladies washroom was available..... for a girls tournament, with 12 teams playing!! Unbelievable!! This alone speaks to how bad it is.
OVA, if you're reading this, DO NOT schedule events here!!

It is spacious with multiple courts/ pitches for multiple sports

My friends and I had the best time playing bubble soccer here! Highly recommend it if you want feel like a kid again!

Had my son birthday party, was amazing, very clean and on top of the party, staff is amazing.... helped control 24 kids on the field And Linda is amazing to deal with from the beginning to the end! Highly recommend!!!

Vaughan sportsplex ll is hands down the best place we've had our sons Birthdays! In 8 years of throwing big parties I've never had such amazing service as we did here. The prices were better than everywhere else we looked. The party room was huge and overlooked all the activities so the adults could mingle while the kids played. The party room also included two fridges with freezers and a big bar, perfect for food set up. The pizza we ordered was HOMEMADE and fresh!! All the adults kept going back for seconds and thirds. We did the ninja party and the nerf wars party. Each activity was set up in its own gym room and the staff that ran them were fantastic. This party was talked about for the rest of the school year amoung all the kids that came. It's safe to say that this is our new party spot! Thank you so much Vaughan sportsplex ll you truly went above and beyond for us!

I also have to note that for a sports facility it smelled clean and not stinky like most sports facilities.

Their facilities are alright, if not a little run down. Looks like they are progressively renovating. Would definitely like to see a water fountain eventually implemented, but I'm sure there's a reason for omitting them. Definitely bring something to drink if you intend to do anything here, you won't regret it!

Excellent facility, helpful staff. They went out their way to ensure I had the best experience with my friends.

Its a big venue but I was surprised that they have ONLY ONE SMALL recycle bin , specially for a place like that where there are so many sport activities ,
and always a lot of people coming in and out; unfortunately i imagine that all recycle ends up in the landfill. I mentioned this to the owner, I hope she does consider putting more recycle bins and encourage their use. Thanks

Awesome facility! Great for all types of sports! Birthday parties, P.A day camps and all other sporting events!

Turf is top notch, but a complete lack of air conditioning takes this place from hero to zero.

Decent for what it is, not the biggest fan of the size of the nets, especially for the smaller field.

Hockey floor sucks balls. Ruins everything . It also felt like it was 40 degrees Celsius inside .

Great atmosphere and a really well ran place! This place literally has everything from and kind of sport field , to a video game room, and even rock climbing!! a perfect place for the active youth.

Big fan of the sportsplex 2. the facilities are clean, maintained and Most importantly FUN

Good facility with many renting options. Has places to buy food inside as well. It is located kind of in the middle of nowhere but worth it if you have transportation available. They have good renting rates for their gym as well.

Recently visited with my little ones from Dubai, must say we had the most amazing time, staff were amazing, activities were fun an interactive. Safe and clean environment. I recommend any and everyone who is celebrating a birthday, group social retreat to visit! fun for all ages!! Cant wait to visit again :)

I was on the toilet for 4h because there was no bum wipes and no one would come save me. Otherwise ya great experience

This is the second year my kids have enrolled in there soccer program and am very happy I did. The staff and service is wonderful. They are polite and enjoyable to talk to and its very affordable. Stephanie and Linda always answered all my questions and have always returned my phone calls, they are AMAZING!!. I have also had my kids birthday party there and it was well organized with all there help I was able to relax and see my kids have fun. I will definitely be a returning customer. This is a great sports place. I can only say that if you want your kids to have fun, then this is the place to go.

My son had his 5th birthday here! The kids had a blast with the rock climbing , rope climbing and trampoline!!! Staff were great!

Thank you to the staff for my son's 8th birthday party. The kids played bubble soccer and ninja lounge. The experience was amazing for both the kids and the adults. Thank again and we will definitely be back next year.

Not a terrible venue, but does not allow cleats on a field that pretty much requires them to avoid injury. Owner is intense even while playing for charity. Not enough clocks around and visible for a schedule based sport and no water fountains in facility - assumingly because owner would rather you purchase it from the food court.

Came to Vaughan Sportsplex II for a team building outing, we had a blast playing bubble soccer! Amazing facility!

Very accommodating, and friendly staff. Kids will have a blast with multiple games and activities in a very large facility. Highly recommend for future parties. Lots of kids running around having fun.

I enrolled my son for the Winter Break Camp and P.A. days here. He loved it. He went trampolining, played bubble soccer as well as many other games. Stefanie is always helpful and warm to the children. This is important for any parent who is dropping off their children. I would definitely recommend this facility as a camp to other parents.

Went with my workplace for team building activities, I had an incredible time! Amazing facility.

good place for indoor sports, but hard to find a place

Went last week with some co-workers to play some soccer. The quarter field is decently sized for 4 v 4 and the pricing is really good too. Only downside is the place is not air conditioned, so it gets very hot/humid in the summer.

By far the best sporting experience in the GTA. There is no other establishment that provides this level of customer service. Kudos to the management team for being such a class act. Looking forward to continuing taking my students/family for all of our school/family needs.

Facility requires renovations and better viewing area for indoor soccer.

Biggest POS venue where everything is out of order. Spend a few more bucks and go somewhere else.

Amazing birthday party! The staff was amazing, super helpful and went out of their way to assist. Thank you so much for a great experience.

New place, staff (ref's) are unskilled and don't care (from my perspective, sorry), also new jungle gym type thing was put in... not sure how they got a permit for it. Completely unsafe for kids. Organized events are good, ability to rent space with ease. Office staff are friendly, but it's hard to find help later in the evening. Facility is odor free, good job caretakers, I see them working hard every time I'm there. Shame I've been having continuous bad experiences with the Ref's. My broken hand will never be the same, I almost got carded for "faking" injury. Cast for 6 weeks, arthritis ongoing. The game was let out of control, I regret playing at that tournament.

We had my son's first birthday are GTA Sportsplex and I am so glad we chose this venue! We had over a hundred guests and everyone was so impressed with everything! Entertainmen 35 kids for fours isn't easy and boy we're they ever entertained! So much to do, so much space to play and so many options to utilize!

Linda, Tony and the GTA team are a onestop shop for all your party and sports needs! No where in the GTA will you get this kind of facility coupled with amazing staff and service! Highly recommend Sportsplex for all your athletic and birthday party needs! Sincere thank for making this an amazing birthday for my son and all who attended!

Great huge facility especially if you love soccer, basketball and ball hockey. Rental rates are best in the city from my experience.

I have been doing regular bookings here for a couple years now, all year round. My group of guys and myself are extremely glad that such a good facility is available so close to home, not to mention the great turf quality. They have multiple other types if amenities available as well such as a floor hockey arena, basketball court, weight room, etc. I am extremely satisfied with the customer service here with both Linda and Stefanie always being so helpful when I call in for bookings, making things so easy for myself and my team. Thank you Team Sportsplex II, I appreciate you guys!

Nice soccer fields, a fair rate! Lots of fun to be had!

We hosted a kids party and everyone had an amazing time. The staff was very courteous but tended to leave the kids to referee their own game, and let us run our own party. The facilities were clean and well kept, but may need updating. We were required to purchase pizza through Sportsplex (no outside pizza allowed) and it was not good. There was alot of half eaten slices and leftovers. Overall, everyone had a wonderful time

Great facility! You can play it all soccer, ball hockey, basketball etc.!

Vaughan Sportsplex 2 is a great facility for you and your buddies to play soccer, hockey or even basketball. I play soccer at Sportsplex 2 times a week for the last 3 years and I haven't been disappointed. It is also good for birthday parties, they have a number of activities for your children's birthday party. Overall great facility!

Excellent venue for soccer and hockey including private birthday functions

The bubble soccer was entertaining and fun to watch but was too heavy after 10 mins especially for children...the pizza was...meh......and not being completely honest with the scheduled times for some activities is why I only gave 3 stars...overall my kids had fun but none of these birthday places are cheap...a little more transparency and add ons would have been nice

Amazing facility with a sense of community. Great leagues and tournaments. That old school "cheers" atmosphere. I highly recommend this company. I had an amazing time hosting the Great "el cashico" soccer tournament, what a great environment with the famiglia and the top level soccer players that came from all over southern Ontario. FORZA GTASPORTSPLEX!!!

Good soccer facility. The only complaint would be to change the nets for the wider post ones.

Big but not good ventilation system for very large crowd events

Great time for my daughters 8th birthday party! Lots of soccer & bubble soccer that the girls & boys loved. Able to accommodate a large group (30 kids in our group).
