Awesome company, great place to check out if you want ideas on corporate furniture that is a bit more progressive than the standard corporate culture and the staff are super nice.

Overpriced, cult like culture and pushy sales tactics. Other brands have similar quality and cost far less.

I absolutely love this company! I currently work for Varidesk and can honestly say I thoroughly enjoy being a part of this growing company. I love the company's youthful feel and energy. I use to work in our Customer Experience department, so I know just how committed we are in providing our fans the highest quality of service possible. I have made lifelong friends within this company. Not only has Varidesk provided me a job I love, friends I cherish, but has also helped me become more physically active and mentally healthy.

Poor packaging damaged shipment now I have to wait for replacement :(.

This is likely the worst customer experience I have had with a company in the recent past. Incapable of actually delivering, impossible to work with, chaotic to get status on your order and to boot *very expensive.

I tried to order one of their desks to Hawaii for a marginal shipping charge of $303. I understand that that's my choice and I would not be complaining about the price if it wasn't 2 weeks after I placed my order now just to see that the 'shipping label was unreadable' and that my item is still on the mainland. After 2 weeks. For $303 in shipping.

I have had north of 10 calls with sales reps and customer reps at this point and every single time they need 'more time to investigate' the issue.

I will try to cancel my order. Their desks look nice but even the nicest desk is not worth this much drama. Extremely disappointing.

Starting with their team assisting with design ideas, concepts, blueprints, full color brochures of each item you are looking at, logistics coordination, follow up, detailed quote with images and line items, quality products that the other neighboring businesses are "jealous of"....

I have the pro model and love the functionality. It raises/lowers easily. I would recommend the monitor arm as otherwise the monitor doesn't sit ergonomically at eye height when on the platform (arm probably should just be sold with it... I've used books under my monitor instead but that takes up working space then).

BIGGEST DISAPPOINTMENT is that I lost the bracket to secure the keyboard tray to the desk and Varidesk reports they sell NO PARTS... at all. They did state they will fully replace the desk or accessories within the warranty period, but do not sell any parts whatsoever. Home Depot it is.

The sales rep came to my office a week or so before Christmas 2018. I was told I could visit to Coppell show room anytime to see furniture models. I never heard back from the sales rep so today I drove to Coppell in the rain in through the traffic only to be told that I needed an appointment. It s obvious this company does not want my business.

Everyone at this company that I spoke with was well knowledge on my specific needs and turned my home office into a functioning organized symphony
