Rob was fantastic. Didn't get me a job but gave me info that I definitely needed to find a job. If I ever need help finding a Cannabis job, I know who I'm calling.

Low quaility and poorly programmed software for employers. Not worth the free cost.

Chris Morgan is awesome! He helped me secure a position and kept in touch with me during the entire 3 week process. He always kept me up to date even if there was no update yet. Every time I wanted to call he called me first! He always gave me all the information I needed and really helped boost my confidence in gaining employment. This was my first experience with this type of agency and I'm so grateful it was a positive experience.

Worked as a gig worker for Vangst over the last few months until I found a full time job. Working with Rob Adamski was a terrific experience. Communication was on point and worked with me as far as job preference, location, and frequency. COVID has not been great for the gig worker industry as a whole, but I was able to maintain employment at multiple sites thanks to Vangst and Rob specifically. Had problems with the HCM app as others have stated but the ease vs. struggles of utilizing their gig service was 100% worth it in my opinion. Would recommend to anyone that wants to get their foot in the door with the industry or looking for consistent part time work.

When I got the call from Vangst I was super excited they moved forward with me, my interviewer Nick was completely amazing with interview helped me with not being nervous and listened to me with open ears and compassion. They gave me a job for a company here in Michigan which was great, my assignment ended with the company when they pulled out from using Vangst Gigs services. I was not happy at all but Nick kept me updated and apologized on the company s behalf which is important because it shows that they care. I m totally happy with the company and would definitely recommend others to give them a try as well as understand they are a temp service and it s not always in their hands on rather if the company that hired them end their contract or don t hire you!
