Clients, beware!! My experience working with these wedding planners was nothing short of a nightmare. Despite all of their glowing publicity in various magazines, the individuals at this organization are quite unprofessional, rude, and disorganized. When working with them, perhaps because they are grossly over-booked and under-staffed, I quickly became a non-entity to them, and my calls requesting help with even simple logistical questions went un-returned for weeks. They never took the initiative to return my calls; it was always up to me to follow up after several days of waiting. In my follow-up calls, they acted annoyed at my interaction with them, and frequently asked for redundant information I'd already provided them on several previous occasions. Despite having spoken with me multiple times, each time they treated me as though they were completely unfamiliar with and disinterested in me as an individual. Eventually, as deadlines drew near, the bulk of the responsibility of problem solving fell on my shoulders, no thanks to their very slow response time and continued lack of communication and unavailability. What a disappointment. If you are looking for a smooth-sailing experience with a company that is organized, prompt, and has personable staff, save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.
