A really nice hotel with great interiors.
Room is big and clean.
Staffs are nice and polite.
Just walking distance from the hotel is Ikea.
Easily locatable.
Parking available.

Really nice hotel. Great breakfast. Restaurant has good food, too.

I stay here regularly for work, all rooms are large and clean. There is a big difference between a comfort room and standard so I suggest spending the extra 20 euros for more luxury. The suites are expensive and not much different to a superior so save your money. Some rooms do come with a balcony so just ask.
Restaurant is a lovely calm environment and the menu caters to everyone so you will find a meal you like. Breakfast has plenty of choice, and you can request a lunch to takeaway if you are at work all day.
Swimming pool is clean and usually quiet.
Small gym with cardio machines.
Staff are lovely and helpful. No complaints here.

Comparing to other branches of van der valk, this one is bit old and restaurant is really lower than van der valk standards.
I could say I was in more than 10 branches of van der valk and this one was the worst among them and sadly I went to this branch 3 times (because it's close to my house), but I won't go there anymore.

Very nice hotel on the outskirts of Breda
I didn t feel much like liking it - as I arrived late (around midnight) after walking for 45 minutes from Breda central station
Reception was very welcoming
The room was clean and large
Breakfast was lovely
Would definitely go back

Amazing! Free upgrade to suite and it was great! With sauna and sunshower! Loved it! Great buffet breakfast in the morning. Position: very far away from Breda centre.

The place decent, restaurant is good. Know that you can t easily from this hotel to restaurant or city centre, this place is surrounded by a highway, an Ikea and industrial area. Great if you have a car, not if you are hoping to be walking distance to city center or to many restaurants.

Plus the regular room are barely ok, climate control is horrible in the room, the room have no mini fridge.

On the plus side, the breakfast is very decent

This my first time staying there and I hope I will not go too often, not the most convenient area in my opinion.

Nice hotel, friendly staff and all round very clean

Normally I recommend anyone to book a Van Der Valk hotel. It is usually excellent breakfast, dinner, rooms and overall a very good price / comfort ratio. This hotel i do not recommend so much. My main disappointment was the restaurant. We had ordered the fish platter for 2. Ok, it was in mids of covid so it is not so easy maybe to get fresh products. That said I think the poor fish died 3 times before ending op on our table. 1 when frozen, two when fried and 3 when kept warm in the oven, waiting for someone crazy like me to order the dish. The room was ok, despite a bit noisy ventilator. Staff was very friendly.
