Van der Valk hotel Eindhoven Review

Highly theft prone restaurants, No CCTVs, safety features are definitely a concern. Located very close to the bus stop and HTC. Rooms are OK. Service needs improvement. Restaurants are crowded in weekends, so if you're an inmate try going early to avoid waiting. CCTVs should be installed atleast at the entry and exit points.

As for the crowds fell along. But the service was very slow. Therefore we were eventually forced to cancel the last drink.

The location is very beautiful inside, well-kept, with welcoming spaces suitable for the most varied needs. From the lounge bar to the sushi, from the international restaurant to the library, to the minimarket. Remarkable. I was able to enjoy an aperitif and the impression was excellent

We were passing through and wanted to have lunch, but we took our 2 small dogs who are sitting in a closed dog stroller in the Vd falcon booklet and idd dogs allowed but upon arrival we were not allowed to have lunch in the restaurant. The three of us could sit in a kind of semi-covered conservatory with a heat lamp at high tables in the cold, but very uncomfortable and really a cold corner in the shade, so that was very disappointing. I can hardly leave the dogs in the car, isn't it!
So the information in the booklet is misleading.

We had a wonderful weekend, everything was well organized, wonderfully large room and a spacious bed.
Dinner and breakfast arranged perfectly

We thought we were eating along the highway with our grandchildren, it took 2.5 hours, this is not recommended.

Compared to van der Valk Breukelen and Hoorn, van der Valk Eindhoven is a bit of a setback. The corridors to the rooms are dark and not attractive and cozy. The room itself is bit dirty, hair on the bathroom floor, caulk edges are rancid, and stains on the wall next to the bed.
The food in the buffet restaurant was bad, starters like crab salad, tuna salad and salmon salad with limp cucumber, cubes of old cheese, peas, carrots, salad finches, cold spare ribs, shrimp that are reheated twice, turkey that you cannot get through with your knife, I think ready-made mouse for desserts is definitely not worth 35. Very bad.
I had paid for breakfast at the hotel on arrival, but canceled in the morning, Ikea Eindhoven nearby ;-)

Room rental: Unfortunately, it was very unorganized due to crowds in the halls. Parking space was not sufficient.

Maintenance and cleanliness of the room leaves something to be desired!

Very bad food, steak returned twice. Returned the first time because the steak was tough and well done while I ordered medium. But this piece of meat still looked like a steak. The second time, according to the cook, I got a medium steak. It looked like pork tenderloin, white and without red meat. This was normal they said there. It seemed spoiled and I was sick afterwards. The cook apparently did not want to do his best. And you are not taken seriously as a customer, we are not stupid. We took a picture of the white steak because otherwise people won't believe you. But we will never come back. We just had to pay for that bad mess and as compensation we got 2 iced teas for free. Finished with vd valk restaurants,

Beautiful ambiance, an interesting course, a very extensive lunch of good quality.

Location is hard to miss. The hotel is very spacious and they have multiple bars. The only down thing was the service, the ladies in the ozzo bar were a bit rude and sad, they brought a bad vibe whenever they came around.

very beautiful and chic. friendly and helpful staff. only the dinner was very late and long but that was probably due to the organization of the congress.

Good place for a conference with good food at the large buffet

Dated hotel, rooms old and in need of replacement. Slept very badly. Hard mattresses, indicated but only bed mattress turned over. Front desk staff unfriendly. Breakfast was scarce, few staff ... badly supplemented. Inappropriate. Not recommended. Compared to other van der falcon hotels I have been to, this is a big disappointment.

I is a nice modern building and the breakfast was lovely. Our hotel room was comfortable and the bathroom was amazing. We were only staying there for a hockey camp. The good thing was that the hockey pitches weren't more than 200 m away. Overall: beautiful hotel, lovely breakfast and great service!

Great, but big hotel near the highway. Restaurants are pretty dark. Food but very good.

Hotel is nice but due to the renovation I had to walk to my room. That's no big deal. I hope I can have a good night again after the renovation.

Very disappointing, very expensive. We are different and better used to the van der Valk family

Breakfast is delicious. The air conditioner is not cool.

The last but one time, I thought it was a bit less. But the Christmas arrangement has surpassed everything again.
It was again a fantastic experience and overnight stay with a very luxurious Christmas buffet ... delicious food, everything neatly cared for and friendly and helpful staff and service.

Good burger at Ozzo. Too bad they had put a bottle of wine of 30 euros on the bill and of the 2 gentlemen who were watching fight night on their phone at max volume ...

I experienced this as a nice place during a conference. Spaciously arranged stays. Well taken care of.

Super .. service oriented and caring .. This was mainly due to the concierge who went out of his way late in the evening to help with a sudden allergy.
In the room there were some unpleasant hygiene things.
Another room was offered .. Tidy .. But you are not going to pack everything again when staying 4 days ..

Nice and clean. Hotel is modern and luxurious, but room andere especially bathroom older and not so luxurious.

We have been sitting in the bar for 45 minutes waiting for our drink. It takes a long time. It is also cold here. There is a fireplace but it is not on. Savings? I'm not used to Van Der Valk!

We took advantage of the lunch. I had a creamy asparagus soup myself. My wife had the chicken liver and we have to say we ate very tasty. Friendly staff and we sat on the terrace. We will definitely be back.
