Super advice at a "difficult foot".
Nice chat with the seller And saleswoman, the coffee was the only thing missing in this atmosphere.

We were in the store and had questions about the sizes of our children. We did not fully understand and asked for an explanation.
The man wanted to talk to us nicely. But the ladies were clearly irritated by us and were certainly not friendly.
Even before we left the store the staff started to gossip about us, which we found very unprofessional.

The shoes will be fine, but friendliness is also worth something.
Fortunately we did not spend our money there.

Do not take it so precisely with opening the store. Ladies find it more important to chatter and leave the customers at the closed door. #fail

In the summer of 2018 I bought a pair of men's shoes here. After a few months, a crack appeared in the leather. I went back with that and for the store there was no doubt: the shoes are going back to the supplier and I still hear about it. A phone call within 4 days: you can come and pick out a few new ones. Only picked a few last week. These were 20% more expensive than the shoes that I had returned after wearing them for six months. No problem! Fantastic service. All the more reason to go back here.
