The company is only doing something. It does not honor agreements, unilaterally makes the choice to just come a day or days later without informing the customer.

When they arrive, the products are / are delivered damaged, because the ordered product is aimed beyond the fence in our backyard, resulting in large buts and planing marks on the product.

You don't have to call the customer service of the company, because they don't know the word customers there and service they don't know what it is. I would avoid this company with a big bow.

1 star, because it cannot be lower. The delivery person is at the door, the door is opened so that the delivery person can bring the package up (in the flat). Then the doorbell rings again with the message that the delivery person will not do this. The moment I come down my package is somewhere in the gallery and the delivery person has disappeared ... I think this is a very bad service. Firstly, I don't pay delivery costs for nothing and secondly, chances are that my package could be taken by someone else. Very sad from this delivery boy

On Thursday 01-10, me and my partner ordered a rug through Fonq. Although we had placed the order before 17:00, it would not be delivered the next working day (as indicated on the website). This would initially be delivered on Monday. Here we also received confirmation on Monday that it had been delivered, without us receiving anything; very strange. After an email and conversation with customer service on Wednesday, the information surfaced; we live in the center of Dordrecht with narrow streets, so last Monday the truck could not store its belongings anywhere. In this conversation it was also said that the rug would be delivered on Thursday 8-10 with a smaller car. So now 4 days of waiting have passed. On Thursday my partner was home from work all day for the delivery. The link for the track & trace code did not reveal any delivery time. Yesterday my partner called at 13:30 for the expected delivery time; this one would be around 15:30. After waiting until 5:00 PM, my partner called again; then we got the not so nice news that the delivery was again not successful; this time because of the time period that failed. The employee on the phone indicated that the rug would be delivered on Friday 9-10. If we saw no delivery time before 09:00 via the link "Van Den Heuvel Delivery", we had to call again. This also happened. I called on Friday around 9:30 am to ask when the delivery was, and whether it could be said with certainty that a rug would be delivered. After insistence on our part, the customer service employee contacted Van Den Heuvel Delivery for the exact delivery time. We received this some time later by e-mail; between 15: 30-17: 30. People have been present in the house from 11:00 in the morning. There has not been a single bell. After waiting until 6pm, there is still no rug inside. So all in all there are; 4 phone calls, 2 emails, 5 days of waiting (including taking time off from work) and no rug. Very Disappointing! We canceled the order and filed a complaint (in the evening).
Fonq's response time (early in the morning) also indicates that we received a standard message for this complaint. With as compensation a discount code of 10, - on the next order. I find this easily dismissed. Think this is bad advertisement for both Fonq and Van den Heuvel delivery!

What a bar bad service! At 11:55 we expected delivery ordered from Hornbach for 45 euros. After two hours I contact the transport company. The tiles and the driver has already returned home. An unknown number was called. It has not been communicated that the driver would do that. No voicemail has been recorded and my home has certainly not been ringed at 44-3. Now I am at Hornbach to withdraw the total delivery. I will never have anything delivered to them again if appeal is made to transport company Van den Heuvel from Uden. I called the planning several times to see if there is anything to solve. No, I am simply referred back to Hornbach. Very bad service. I also report to the consumer association.

Today an order would be delivered at 09.19 am. Now (2.30 pm) I received the message that the transporter of Van den Heuvel Transport was unable to deliver because there was no one present to take the order. Very odd! There were two people (and a dog that barks as soon as someone is at the door) who did not hear or see anything. Tomorrow the order will be offered "again" ... Curious ....

Ordered TV furniture from fonQ which was supplied by Van den Heuvel Logistiek. We received an e-mail with a time (indication) of delivery via fonQ. I.v.m. busy on the road, the driver would come a little later, also receive a nice e-mail. Unfortunately no one would be at home at this time, the driver called us nicely on arrival and was prepared to wait a few minutes for someone to be present. Top!

Not satisfied at all. While waiting for my order at home, it is suddenly delivered a week later. With customer service, almost all numbers you dial will be disconnected or referred to another supplier. Not professional at all.

Looking at how awful all delivery services are here in general (and also some negative reviews here), i was probably lucky that the delivery came on time, track and Trace worked and updated continuously, got a phone call beforehand. Keep up the good work to make is standard, not luck.

Just don't show up on the agreed day and time and happily say that this is commissioned by Fonq. Great if you've taken the time off for it.

My package was not delivered up to 3 times on the agreed date. You will not be informed that there can / will not be delivered (whatever the reason). No, you will only find out if you call them yourself. And the saddest part of all is that I still haven't received my package and have no idea when they will deliver it. I have never really experienced this. What a waste of time of all unnecessary waiting and calling at the back.

I ordered a 420 EUR Fauteuil from Fonq.nl as a birthday present for my father-in-law. For such a price, I would have expected at least a good delivery service. However, the delivery service provided by Fonq.nl subcontractor Van den Heuvel Logistiek B.V. was a disaster!
1. The fauteuil was supposed to be delivered on 26/11 at 9am: the chauffeur rung the bell but apparently the bell did not function and the chauffeur left immediately. Why didn't he call the mobile phone number provided? I called directly Van den Heuvel Logistiek B.V. about he delivery and got an unpleasant man on the phone who did not even want to talk with me.
2. The delivery is the rescheduled for 27/11 at 5pm. And there, what a bad surprise, the chauffeur does not even want to bring the fauteuil to the door of the apartment on the 3rd floor despite a wide lift (modern building). He left the fauteuil at the door of the building downstairs. My 75 year-old father-in-law had to carry the fauteuil himself to his apartment...
I would strongly advise Fonq.nl not to work with Van den Heuvel Logistiek B.V.

We had ordered building materials on the internet that would be delivered the other day so that a contractor could place them directly. Neatly received an email from v / d Heuvel with a track & trace with indeed the date of the next day. Unfortunately no one showed up the other day. Also no phone or message. In the course of the morning the delivery date in the track and trace was suddenly changed to 3 days later so that we had to send the contractor away again and make a new appointment. The costs for this will certainly not be reimbursed by v / d Heuvel. So do not get involved with this unreliable company.

Excact on time! Compliments to van den Heuvel transport-courier and distribution company. For example, a customer should receive his order exactly within the time frame even on the minute. Friendly driver who even puts my (somewhat heavy) package neatly inside.

If you call with questions about an order, you will not receive a friendly response and they actually refuse any reasonable request. It responds as if you are calling about a free service, while you pay transport costs. "You pay that to Hornbach," they say. So they do it for free? And getting tutored when a paying customer addresses you is very indecent.

They only indicate what time they will arrive on the day itself, so you have to take a whole day off in advance. The time stated on their track and trace in the morning is also incorrect. In addition, the driver would call half an hour before arrival, which in practice amounted to 10 minutes.
