Hello everyone, after 3 months, and therefore, July 25, since my car was rear-ended, (considering that there was an August holiday involved) today 25/11/2019, I received the compensation , I must say as far as I am concerned that, the people who took charge of my claim file (Avv. Carmela Cunti), were very quick to process it, also I wanted to add something regarding some reviews, if they do not answer the phone or e-mail, it is because they are very busy with the documentation, given that when dealing with foreign plates, times are a bit long, a piece of advice, arm yourself with patience as I did!
I had a accident with a foreign car driver and the UCI commissioned this company. Unable to contact them. They never respond. I have strong suspicions.
Reading all these negative reviews I honestly got scared (I was ready to field my lawyer to handle correspondence with VanAmeyde Italia). Instead I was positively surprised by the professionalism of the staff (in particular the lawyer Cunti) who is now managing my practice effectively and giving me the right feedback. I have not yet been dismissed but at this point I am serene that the practice is professionally managed.

Nonexistent. I opened the reimbursement file for a claim abroad more than two months ago. Responses? Zero. E-mail? They don't answer. Phone? It rings endlessly. Look at the picture: on 16 emails nothing ... Unfortunately you can't go under 1 star. But maybe they will respond to this review.
