Horrible company with no communication. We were working with Nick. I spoke to him once on the phone. I tried calling him several times he would send me to voicemail and wouldn t return my calls. I finally left message number three telling him we were going to work with a different company. He called me back leaving a BS voicemail that he had talk to me Thursday and explain stuff he never had. That was the end we decided to find a different company to work with. If we are having this problem in the beginning I would assume it s not going to get any better. They lost our business that s for sure.

I would definitely recommend 1st Signature Lending. From my first call until closing, everyone I had dealt with been professional and helpful which made the whole experience seemingly effortless.

It was a real pleasure working with Barry and the team at 1St Signature Lending. It was a very quick and efficient process and I would recommend them to anyone wanting to refinance. Thank you do much.

Working with Marcus Gray, loan officer was really a pleasure. He is very conscious of what he is doing and would go beyond the call of duty. Always there when you need him. You could call or text with question or doubts and he has got your back. I would definitely recommend anyone to look him up should you be in the market for a loan.

So much wrong with this company but I already see most in da comments already. But long story short I was nowhere happy how they operate. So I told them to delete my file bc I'm not doing business with them. Why I get an email with a pre approval with my name on it. Documents that looked suspicious. That's just the start. I'm on recorded line telling them to delete my file. Getting looked into

This was the easiest/best experience I've ever had with a home loan. Usually getting all the paperwork together and getting responses quickly has in the past been a hassle. But working with Aaron Morgan everything was a breeze. He was very courteous, professional, and got the process completed in record time. Aaron really stayed in touch and made me feel like he was there to help throughout the entire process.
