So far we have worked with them on a single database qualification project. I was pleased with the speed they showed: 2,000 contacts in 2 weeks and the promptness of the feedback. I think we'll work with them in the future for a telemarketing project. However, for this I will ask for a meeting / meeting with the agents to present them in detail how to approach the clients.

Call center activity. at 8 hours you have a break of 20 min. if you exceed the break you are subtracted from bonuses. offered salary is basic salary plus bonuses .. bonuses that are not given to you ... also you have some computer thefts that you can not log in and otherwise means that you do not make your norm .. But in short ... Here come a degree of people and leave ... There is also a contractual clause of 24 million as in case you leave, you pay them ... A company crap.

The frivolous company, contacts you for the job opportunities later I put you on hold, I waited a few days to receive feedback, the typical script "congratulations you have been selected at, will soon be contacted by our technical staff to evaluate the equipment" and that evaluation did not take place, I did not receive any answer, no e-mail, I was not contacted later as promised, I do not recommend this company.

For 4 days the team is extremely busy to answer by email or phone.
The experience with this call center is DISASTEROUS !!!

The most callous call center company. Employees with behavior of the last case if I say jeg would mean that I offend the jeg. If you ask or survey among the couriers from Glovo about those who would normally have to offer them the necessary support you will be terrified. For the employees of this low-speed company, it does not matter that they play the game of couriers and customers for them, it only matters that they receive their salary and close the receiver as soon as possible.
