Jobs terrible systems always crash and they ll hold you responsible. I was supposed to be paid on the 28th it s the 8th of next month still haven t been paid and it s COVID out here. Just quit after training

They don t tell you when you get hired on there that it may be temp. I applied there and worked there for 90 days didn t call in was on time and everything but they only care about customer surveys instead of actually seeing if we re doing our job right. And they will call in the middle of your shift just to tell you not to report back when your already on the floor working 2nd worst job I ve ever had.

NEVER WORK HERE! I was on the DHS campaign and was told we would be getting moved to another campaign at the end of the month (may). We were told on that day, May 28th that we were no longer needed and we were all being let go. No warning, after promising we would be moved. If they had said something earlier i could have looked sooner.

Do not work for this company. I worked there for 1 month and in that month I was struggling with the job so I let them know and they didn t help at all. I quit last week and have not been able to return the equipment due to not having my own car and the distance from the office and my home so instead of waiting for me they didn t pay me what I had earned. They deducted all my money for property replacement I don t want your computers.

Worked for DHS for six months up until the end of April when the contact tracing contract ended. I was told I'd be put out of work for 10 days, and that HR would help us with bills. They paid 125 each me and my girlfriend(Also Valor employee) for a total of 250 towards our 1100$ rent. I sent them my late car payment and insurance statements. Was ignored for days until I recieved a message saying they would no longer be able to help us.

I got moved to the HULU campaign, and viewers were giving me bad surveys due to known issues and attempting to watch hulu in non US territories ,things out of my control. And Was told on my last day of training that I wasnt meeting metrics and would have to be let go. Their metrics are 97% scores or you're not good enough.

They dont care about the worker or how good they are at their jobs, they only care about their viewer surveys and scores.

It's easy to get hired here but you'll want to quit after training. I worked for the DES Unemployment campaign and it was terrible. We weren't properly trained, we were scheduled to work 9 & 1/2 hour days taking over 150 with mostly upset customers. They knew people would be calling in for things we could not assist with and still made us take the calls. High stress job. I've worked in customer service for several years and this was by far the worse company. My anxiety was so high I left customer service. Unless this is your only option go somewhere else.

i have worked for this company for less than a year and my husband was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer , my TM Sandy is the greatest she has been very supportive and helpful in me being able to take leave and has been in contact with the HR department who is amazing this company knows what the word family means because Valor Global is based on family and their cores I thank God for letting me be a part of this amazing family at Valor Global!!
