BEST experience ever! On vacation with serious swelling in neck and mouth, the nurses were quick, efficient and pleasant. Dr. Michael Ward was highly intelligent, quick to make diagnoses and treat. He gave me a thorough explanation of my diagnoses and how it was to be treated. My pain was excruciating; yesterday I was on my knees, today Im back to enjoying my vacation with my family! Bravo Zulu to the whole crew!

I know everyone has their own opinion. Here is mine!!! (No I don t want to hear yours, not being rude I promise BUT this is my experience)
Valley View Medical Center emergency room is always so GOOD to me and my Willow. We have had good and bad experiences. It is NEVER a whole when we come here it is individuals. We have had a not so good experience with ONE nurse only. EVERY OTHER visit we ve had at this ER has been pleasant. The wait time is not to do with the staff. It is to do with the beds available. So when you go to ER and it is not LIFE AND DEATH timing, do not expect to go back immediately. We waited a good 1.5-2 hrs today. There were many others that came in that had much more serious situations going on. NOT THE STAFFS FAULT. Once we were called back, Willow was treated with care and respect. As was I! The Dr. (Locke) came in shortly after the nurse. Thankfully he is one that has dealt with Willow many times. We have a trusting relationship. He knows I respect his professional opinion and that he will do what is best for my daughter!!! Once, he had to drill into her knee to get an IV going because that was the only option for her at the moment and she was going to be flown to Phx. He is an amazing Dr. The staff from nurses down to front desk and even custodians, all have been amazing. The Dr. and 2 nurses came in. He suggested treatments. I agreed. I am so grateful for this team of people . THANK YOU VALLEY VIEW
My dad took my very ill 79 year old mother there. She waited in the ER waiting room forever. When they did take her back they did an EKG even though chest pain or breathing problem was neither an issue. They did a covid test which came back negative. The doctor told her she either had covid bc those test are often wrong or the flu to go home and treat them the same. Did not give her and Iv. Well thank God she pulled through it but so weak she couldn t walk. My dad finally took her to Kingman where she is getting and Iv and they are keeping her over night for observation and more testing. I would never recommend any go there.
I was at vvmc in the Ed for two visits and was flown to Las Vegas both times. I had no insurance they sent the bill to bill collector , when my wife called they wouldn't talk to her and I was in and out of the hospitals unable to give permission to have them discuss the bill. When I got home and able to call they stated they weren't able to give us a less payment then 300 dollars a month I called vvmc and it went right back to the bill collector. My wife and I went to vvmc to talk to then stated they were unable to help as it was already in the red and was told to keep making payment and it would go to collection . I haven't worked since January 14th ad my wife works part time. not sure next step
this hospital is very nice , clean , and respectful. the covid measures are safe and perfect , mask are required which is a very good precaution. staff is amazing as well 10/10.
The nurses and doctors and staff for night shift are really caring and helpful I really appreciate what they do on a regular basis thank you for all the help I would rate 100 stars instead of 5
Absolutely terrible hospital. None of the staff can be arsed to do much of anything. 3 out of 5 of them don't care about your symptoms and 4 out of 5 of them are legitimately rude. I spent hours waiting around, wasn't checked in on a single time, and got kicked out with a flimsy diagnosis, despite showing serious symptoms. Americans need to get universal health care because the quality of service in this country is repugnant.
These people don t know what Scurvy was and misdiagnosed my father Charlie. Sent him home without having him eat or swallow any food first. Once he got home from the hospital I drove out to AZ to take care of him. 2 weeks without eating, stopped drinking water completely, and watched his body shut down. My father passed away 6 days after they sent him home. He was only 65 and could have been saved.
Thankful for ALL the hard working physicians and nurses. They have worked around the clock to care for patients especially at this difficult time. I appreciate everything they are doing. Thank you for all you do.
So I go in to get an MRI done. I pay upfront payment of $150.00 dollars sit and wait 1 hr and a half. I get called back thinking I m going to get the MRI only to be told that they can t do it at this Facility I would have to go to Kingman and have it done so I ask for my money back pretty simple thing turns out not so simple now I have to wait 10 days to receive payment back no problem taking it but returning it different story
