I visited Valley Springs Auto Spa for a car wash. The experience was average. The waiting time was longer than expected, but the end result was satisfactory. I would recommend this place if you are not in a hurry.

I just pulled up to the car wash at 5:43pm, was told that they closed for night. I didn't think too much about it. I figured I look up, when they open tomorrow. And come to find out they're supposed to be open until 6pm. Now that is really bad customer service to turn away a paying customer before closing hours. Surprised your business is still opened with services like that. I not recommend this place to anyone.
Horrible car wash. I went here instead of my normal one several miles down the road, because, well, this one is MUCH closer. $14 for the premium wash that includes Rain-X.
You sit in the car as it goes through the automatic wash and then it comes out and your drive a bit ahead to get the outside towel dried by high school kids (the only plus since most have guys that only speak Spanish). You exit and go inside as they dry it and clean inside a bit. Nothing inside but a TV and four comfortable seats; no drinks or snacks to buy. Free coffee, but I'm sure it's very very old.
It looked like a good wash from the side as I walked back to the car. But once I got home, there were a TON of dried bugs still in the front, and upon further inspection, there were lots of areas that weren't cleaned well at all; and I'm not at all anal about my car cleanliness.
As for the Rain-X that was supposedly applied, I guarantee it either wasn't or was defective. I sprayed some water on the windshield at home and it didn't bead up like it should with Rain-X.
In conclusion, I definitely will NOT be going back here, which sucks because it's so close to me. Oh well.
Pulled up at 5:45 and said I wanted the "Ultimate" inside and out. 1. They said they only do the outside because they were closing in 15 minutes. 2. We went ahead and did the outside and the wheels and tires were supposed to be included. Well, the carwash took care of the wheels, and not wiped down by hand. Anyone knows that the carwash does not do a good job at all, so the wheels still look like crap.
If you are open till 6:00 and someone is there before closing time, DON'T limit your services because you want to go home.
Ridiculous... 2 employees were there but wouldn't wash the interior and exterior of our car because "we don't have enough staff today". Wow, guess they're making enough money being selective of what washes they will do. This was Tuesday, October 13th at 5:20 pm. Skip this place and find another car wash!!!
