I have no complaints about the casino itself, even though I am down a lot of money this year.
This review is in regard to the food court inside the casino. I purchased $75 worth of food at the Asian Noodle restaurant. The cooks work fast and are very sloppy. When they are finished the food, they dump it in a container and set it on the counter. The cashier who deals with money and taking orders, has to touch the containers of food to put the lids on and place the food in the bag. How unsanitary!
I took my bags of food home, sat them on the counter, and as my husband pulled out the food, a baby roach came crawling out the bag. It was super disgusting and we of course had to throw the bag and all the food away. I had to make two complaints before I was finally offered free food. Why would I want more food!? At least offer me slot play for the amount I spent on the food, especially since I am a loyal player.
I will be taking the drive to Live Casino more often now. They have varied fast food options, it is clean, and the food is pretty tasty. Be careful at VF and inspect your food.
I. Come here often , so it s only fair to say that I do like and enjoy the place . However, I felt it was a huge disappointment to find that during the COVID shutdown, all rewards from players card were stripped away due to a change over . For instance , I had 8 free rooms a month , free play that was available 3 times a week , and a gift on Sunday . Now , in contrast with the new system I get 5 bucks a week and that s it. Meanwhile new attendees receive a basket of promos . I reached out to them in regards to this and as of this writing have heard nothing. Fast forward to now , My wife received a Amazon gift card that for weeks now has been useless. . Truthfully it s a bit unbelievable this is the best they can do for their customers.
Husband and I went here last year in November for his birthday. Spent the weekend and paid out of pocket. Hotel was easily seen from the road and parking is free. Dunkin Donuts in the lobby and the hotel is Handicapped accessible. Check in front desk was efficient and kind. Casino was running under COVID-19 restrictions. Which meant limited bar seating. My husband and I went up to the bar to get a drink and the bartender told us we had to split up and come to the bar separately!! We are in our 50 s and 60 s so I thought he was joking I said we are married and he said that didn t matter or go over to the other side of the bar ok so we did that together and went to the other side of the bar..then we tried to charge to the room and he said that we had to write down our information ok we ask what information do you need he said everything room number name driver s license number we ended up paying cash. Revolution chophouse saved this weekend for sure. Great food and very delicious but pricey. Over the weekend stay I woke up at 3 am to use the bathroom and when I turned on the light a cockroach was crawling across the mirror!! My first review I gave five stars thinking all I had to do was communicate my experience and they would comp our next trip since I paid out of pocket for this weekend. I told them the suite I was staying in at the north casino tower so they could have the area sprayed. Toshiyonna Speight informed me that she would not comp both nights that she would only comp one night and the next night was out of pocket for me after sending an email promising for our next stay to be complementary. My husband and I were disappointed in the customer service at this hotel. We were asking to be comped two nights and they would only give one but the cockroach had a two night stay! lol. I wouldn t go back to this hotel although we had a fabulous time together! Oh also wanted to add that we tried to get a players card but the establishment was changing names/owners/management and no one would issue us one (not the cage or dice table and pit bosses)therefore at the card tables you are not aloud to bet more than 250.00 per hand and you can not play multiple hands at once without a players card therefore we could not get rated. We are gold card members in Vegas and others.
Very small casino compared to AC & others in the area. However for my 1st visit I was surprised to win two hand pays less than one hour of each other!!! The variety of slots is nice and the environment was comfortable... The only complaint was that the rewards desk is off from the entry and although I had already passed through security the guards open the ropes to have me pass through again very weird when I'm already on the premises
They used to have $10 craps table. But increased to $15 min during COVID. There s no sign of changing back. I feel the slots used to pay and now are tight. Their comps are lacking compared to other PA casinos.
Used to play here often, started staying over night when they started giving comps... then started realizing their loyalty program is rigged, points don't add up. Recently was offered a two night comp. My boyfriend and I started, lost alot of money, then checked out. When I get the bill summary in my email, they ended up charging me for the room! Tried contacting the hotel, just to get the run around and hung up on by supervisor named Dom... not sure what kind of fraudulent business is being ran here but just filed a complaint with the BBB and will be contacting the gaming commission about the fraudulent bconnected program. Don't waste your money here! Especially to stay over night they tell you free then steal your money!!!
The slots were fun and plenty to chose from and I enjoyed my time in the casino. However, management needs to get a everyone on the same page when it come to 18 wheeler parking. I am a trucker and I always call ahead and casinos to ask if they have 18 wheeler parking available. So when I called your casino the operator on the phone said sure we have 18 wheeler parking we love 18 wheelers, let me transfer you to security and they can tell you exactly where you need to park. So they transferred me to security, and security told me to park on the far north west end of the parking lot. So that is what I did, and the security vehicle drove around about three times before I could get out of the truck I never stopped or said anything to me. But early the next morning, before my 10 hour break was up, security knocked on my window, and told me I could not park there and I had to park out on eighth Street. So I had to move my truck which gave me a log violation. All because the staff says one thing and then after you get there they say another thing. Management Get everyone on the same page from start to finish when it comes to 18 wheeler parking. Thanks
