Valley Countertops/Fraser Valley Ind. Review

We had a new counter top installed the other day, and it's beautiful. Everyone we dealt with at the company, from customer service rep, to the tradesmen who measured and installed the counter were incredibly professional, punctual, understanding, and polite. They completed every aspect as quick as possible while not sacrificing any quality. They were also surprisingly quiet considering the job.

I would highly recommend going straight to them instead of through Home Depot like we did. It will be much faster and give you a better overall experience.

I paid Home Depot $150.00 to get an estimate from Valley Countertops. They treated me very poorly. They would not let me speak with the person making decisions on seam placements on the granite countertops I wanted. They discouraged me on getting granite. I found out later they don't have someone able to service Vancouver Island clients with granite products. That is why they encourage you to buy quartz. They make you feel like you owe them. I received an unsolicited reduced quote from them a week after they provided their original quote. I had already realized they inflated my square footage to increase my price. I paid someone else locally more money to do the job as I expected it to be done with the materials I wanted. Good luck Jaqueline! Do yourself a favor stay away not worth the aggravation!!

We were very pleased with the work done. The guys who came in were very professional, helpful and polite. They followed the health precautions and were wearing masks all the time. They did the job and cleaned the area before they left. We will definitely contact them or any remodeling to be done later.

From start to finish Valley Countertops were professional and friendly. We decided to upgrade to Dekton countertops and with the increase in price I had a lot of questions. They were very knowledgeable and patient and answered everything leading to my purchasing from them. Installation was on time, accurate and quick. Countertops are gorgeous and exactly what we wanted. I recommend valley countertops without hesitation.

We ordered kitchen countertop through Home Depot. Set up an appointment to have the cabinets measured up. Needed to have the kitchen sink on hand before the measurements could be made. The wait time for the countertop was longer than having it done locally, but we were made aware of this beforehand by Home Depot. The fellow that measured up gave us a firm quote and delivery time so we placed the order. Countertops arrived right on schedule and were installed in a few hours. They look great, workmanship is very good, as is the installation. Ours was particularly tricky because our sink fit tightly within the cabinet so the hole for the sink had to be exact, and it was. Overall, pretty happy with the job. And I'm pretty picky.

Great service. Countertops were measured and then installed on time , everybody was polite and helpful. More than satisfied with their service. Will recommend to family and friends.
