this place is a good place but don't befriend people here

Pathetic attitude. I've never worked among more venomous people.

Delivering freight here couple times a week. Front desk lady is extremely nice, they unload us in less than 30 min... Can't say anything but good things about this company! Thank you guys for taking such a great care of us!!!

Place is so unorganized! They have to pay big money to get people to work for them. Because they can't keep people. Because Hr always says if u need anything. They are there to help. But you never hear from them. Then when your working they are always running out of parts. Then your standing around waiting. No one knows a answer. You ask someone something. Nobody knows. So u go to supervisors. They don't know
They tell u to go to your trainer. T tops cats the whole reason I went to supervisors. Place is a joke... I miss the money and Insurance. But t tops cats it

Toxic work environment in Engineering. Truly the worst place I've ever worked. Berated for checking the weather on the internet. Expected to work as much OT as possible without extra compensation. Expected to know how to do the job from day 1 with almost zero training.

So glad I made the transition to this place from NTN. Great pay, awesome staff, and just an overall great work environment. It's just nice to finally work in a place where there's actually some communication and you actually feel like you're a part of the team.

Horrible management. Terrible human resources department. Racist and drunk team leaders and supervisors. If u don't mind being treated badly go right ahead and work there

The people who work here as supervisors or teamleaders are good highly qualified people but the simple workers as well as the gringos in some cases behave racist towards the Hispanic people the fact of not being able to speak English and not being able to communicate with them but regarding the work is very easy it is not difficult at all that depends on the area where they put you to work but most of it is very easy and simple

My husband of 5 years went to work there and with in just a couple months he had a woman co worker ask to carpool with him then they got involved and we were divorced before I knew anything was happening. Is it a factory for car parts or a dating venue to ruin lives? The hours are rediculous even though pay is good. If you want any life with family dont work there or allow your loved one to.

95% of people quit because they don't get a day off anymore. Why have a Weekend Shift if you're not going to let the people with normal schedules have the weekend off? 7 days a week should be voluntary. People need a balance between work & life.
