My communications with VMG always been handled professionally and with prompt replies. They have been very helpful in their assistance to us in running our association and helping us to maintain our property values.Beth Bottaro and her staff are outstanding in their fields and are great asset to VMG

This is for the Cheyenne HOA that is through Valencia Managment. Berta and Lisa are very rude and unprofessional. I simply emailed them with a simple question and got a huge run around that was completely unnecessary. I got a lot of child like attitude that was uncalled for. They need to hire people with communication and customer service skills. Good luck to those who need to reach out to them.

have had minimal direct interfacing with VMG. would like to note though that it is good that visitor parking enforcement is back. I will miss the occasional need to use the visitor parking but seeing that too many residents have been abusing it, this is probably the way to go. On that same topic, will the no parking signs be updated? the ones in our area are so faded, you can hardly read whats on the sign. [Erato, Iris area]

I was unaware of the no parking 2am-6am policy because I am a guest visiting my grandmother.
When I spoke with the neighbors, they told me that they usually issued verbal warnings or gave out citations, before towing the car.

However, my car was towed without any previous citations or warnings. When I spoke to the representative Darlene, she told me that records indicated that I was given one warning before. I told her no warning or citation had been communicated to me or my grandmother, and she told me the system showed they had issued a warning one time before and she couldn t do anything.

I am extremely upset that no leniency was given to us although the neighbors claim that they have received multiple warnings/citations and were never even charged a huge amount of $180 that we were charged... Darlene seemed annoyed that I dared to even speak to her about such an obvious policy . She only coldly responded that the system showed a warning so I had to deal with the tow, and that I could possibly ask for a refund later in August if I wanted at the board meeting...

I am working on getting some windows in my house replaced. I have never been through this process. Cinnamon has been wonderful with responding quickly and helping me. She has made it very simple. Thank you for being so helpful.

My overall experiences dealing with LHoffman at Va...

My overall experiences dealing with LHoffman at Valencia Management company has not been favorable to say the least. I feel is she is unprofessional and has very poor customer service skills. I went to the Cheyenne board meeting in Oct 2019 to express my concerns about rodents and overgrown shrubbery and other landscaping concerns (I even took the time to walk around the complex and take pictures) and have yet to receive any type of response from Lisa or the board members.

It is our pleasure to write this review about the wonderful receptionist who we speak with each time we enter VMG's offices. I would also like to leave comment about Jaclyn and Scott - who have both been a pleasure to deal with on multiple occasions related to the quality of life in Bridgeport of Valencia. Both have been very receptive to our needs and with the handling of all our requests. We hope our next home, if it has an HOA, is being handled by Valencia Management Group, with Scott and Jaclyn in charge.

It's nearly impossible to speak with anyone when y...

It's nearly impossible to speak with anyone when you call. Your only option is to leave a message. They'll call you back days later. And if it's something they need to"look into" you'll never hear back from them. Also, they're more concerned with towing cars way more than any other issue. Can you say kick back?

Michelle is great at following up on emails I send...

Michelle is great at following up on emails I send her. She is wonderful. I walk the neighborhood twice s day so I see lots to report to her. Broken sprinklers and mail boxes. She is on it right away sending me a confirmation she generated a work order. If the work does not get done in a reasonable time I let her know and she makes it happen pronto.

I got a letter from them today saying that there was a garden hose in my yard that had to be moved because it was unsightly to the so-called community. The garden hose is coiled up right next to water Spicket neatly. by the way the hose has been laying like that in that coiled position ever since we live there for five years.

Came in on a Saturday to pick up my pool fobs...although a little busy the young woman manning the front desk was very personable, patient, calm, and efficient with each customer. Excellent customer service that was much appreciated...Thank you!

My interactions through email and phone have alway...

My interactions through email and phone have always been positive. I'm only deducting one star (and feel bad doing it) because it's impossible to reach someone on the phone directly, and I believe there's a waste of HOA money due to paper & postage among other things.

I find the communication with Valencia Management ...

I find the communication with Valencia Management group very challenging. I find them difficult to deal with. As a homeowner and they as the property manager I feel they misunderstand the relationship. I have nothing but regret dealing with them. If I could give Them a 0 for customer service, I would. In my experience, they are Not easy to deal with.

This is the worst management company I dealt with....

This is the worst management company I dealt with. I have multiple rental properties, and one of them in the community Santa Fe in Valencia. They are either not responsive, or when respond , very rude. Especially Lisa Hoffman, the manager of the company. They will try to assess fines for things without any justification too. No respect for homeowners, no response on weekend emergencies.
