Definitely coming back, great first time experience using the rental gear. I liked store environment!!

This was our second season storing skis and boots while staying at the Willows. The facility is well run and kept very clean and orderly. The staff is great and always willing to help. My wife and daughter rented skis and they were well maintained, waxed, and ready to go. Highly recommend!

The staff here are friendly and really saved my day. I had a binding break on my first run. I took my board to the burton shop but because its so old they were unable to fix it. I came down this shop and the gentleman helped me out. we were able to find a strap and he drilled out the hole to make it fit my binding, really went above and beyond. Its a family owned shop and they treat every customer like part of the family. His friends also had a great recommendation for lunch.

One of the friendliest staff and well maintained gear. This was my first time skiing and they all gave useful advice on how to snowboard and how to use the gear properly. I will definitely continue to rent with them for future trips!

As a first time snowboarder i wasn t sure on what gear i needed but they were very helpful and made sure i had everything i needed to have a fun day on the slopes, they were also cheaper than most locations around them, will be back to get some gear from them again!

Merril fitted me for rental boots after I had problems with the equipment I brought. 15 mins, super simple, saved my trip. Great Service!

Such an amazing experience! Beth was incredibly knowledgeable and patiently fitted me with the perfect ski set up! The location to lift access was a 1 min walk. Will definitely be back!

If you want a longer walk than most of the other rental places this is your spot. There is a super fun set of stairs you ll get to summit each day, then you get to walk past all the bigger and better rental places that remind you daily of your mistake booking this place. Jokes aside not sure if its because of covid but they seem understaffed and are easily overwhelmed if more than one group needs help. It usually took 20min to pick up our skis or 45 min when they gave our skis away to some other customer and we had to get refitted. (Happened twice). Sadly wouldn t recommend.
