I've lived in a Soigne property for the past year and have loved it! The management is friendly, responsive, and understanding and the properties and landscaping are well maintained. If I wasn't moving out of state, I would continue to rent with Soigne.
They are amazing landlords to have. Very responsive on every maintenance call/email we put in (even at 9pm at night), accommodating and understanding during the pandemic and were always very helpful to us. If you have an option to rent from Soigne Properties, I would highly recommend them!
After working with two separate property management companies in the KC Metro and four property management companies across the Midwest, I can say with confidence that Soigne is the best I ve lived under. They are extremely responsive and helpful, and always sent maintenance folks quickly when needed. Would highly recommend!
We can't say enough good things about Soigne. We have rented from them for 3.5 years and have had nothing but positive experiences from the entire team. The maintenance team is friendly and prompt- they've been there within an hour for urgent fixes, or usually within a day for non-urgent service requests.
My dad got diagnosed with cancer in February of 2020, and lived out of state, and when we found out, we decided to move back to be close to family. When we told Soigne, they were extremely supportive, and willing to do whatever they could to make the transition easier on us. My dad unfortunately passed away 12 days later, so we never actually moved back as everything happened so quickly, but the grace and kindness they showed us during that time stands out so much in my mind.
Now we are expecting our first child next week, and have needed a few accommodations to make our place a little more baby-friendly, and once again, Soigne accommodated everything we asked for, and has gone above and beyond to show us kindness in this time of so much change.
They are not just wonderful landlords, they're wonderful people. I can't imagine someone I'd rather be a tenant with. You will not regret working with Soigne.
I currently live here now and Nicole has been more than accommodating. She actually helped us find our new place when we all had signed for a 4 person place but then it didn t end up working out and even got us moved in early for an incredible deal. Anybody looking in the KC area look no further for property management they are top tier!
Lived in a duplex property for 2yrs, great response time for anything maintenance related and even remodeled our bathroom at one point rather than cutting corners for a short term fix. Very flexible in terms of working with our schedules/timing when move out time came around and very easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable landlord.
I have lived in a Soigne property for the past almost 4 years now. I have never experienced a better quality property manager. Nicole works with you to find the perfect place and from there stays in touch about updates and is very responsive. Jerry is also amazing and can fix anything. Truly a wonderful company and have made renting feel like home.
