Amazing runs. Variety of terrain. Heaps of places to stop for lunch. In our last week ventured up Imperial, highest ski lift in North America

Has some of the best lines in Colorado if you know where to look. Also some of the longest lift lines if you *don't* know where to look. Add to that the i70 traffic and some of the most expensive food, and you have a mountain with some big pros and a lot of cons. Take from that what you will.

Ski resort for skiers of all levels. Family Fun Zone for the conservative skiers. The food is good, but bring your pocketbook for food and lift tickets. Fantastic skiing!

Breckenridge is great! If you want a place to ski really nice mountains in the USA go here! Their staff are nice, the lessons are good for all ages, the community and town are also spectacular! I was there for the snow sculptures which was really cool to see, especially for kids. One disclaimer I have is that the air is really thin so the first day may be hard. I am not a promoter for oxygen bars but some recommend it. I wish I could always ski here!

We love skiing here. We've been coming for 15+ years. The town is very quaint with tons of restaurants and shops. Summer is just as fun.
Parking is convenient for day skiers as well as those staying at one of many resorts.
Mountain is huge with trail levels for everyone - from beginners to expert.

One of the finest ski mountains in the world. You can ski for days and not see it all.

Great resort, lots of things to do, and the slopes are top class

I didn't go skiing there, but there is plenty to do around that area.

Perfect weather and perfect snow. I had one of my best days on a snowboard.

What an amazing place! Went their for the rubber duck races over labor day weekend and had a blast. The resort is beautiful and the the free gondola ride included views of moose in the wild! While I'm sure this doesn't happen every time, it gives you a feel for how beautiful and close to nature it is around the resort. Many great hikes around and of course the fun restaurants and shops of Breck.

Usually a 5 star, but conditions NOT great. Need snow badly.

The variety and terrain at this resort is fantastic. It's got phenomenal beginner slopes, and great progression to more challenging runs.

Expensive, but good lift set up. Peak 8 and 9 have nice range of trails from beginner to double black.

We were lucky enough to ski the day before everything closed. The staff. The slopes. The eatery(s). Everything was as nice as to be expected. We will be back.

Peak 7 has some great easy going blue runs with amazing views. Love the ski in ski out experience at the Grand lodge it's amazing.

Great place to visit, Saturdays during the summer are very busy which can mean long waits if you want to do any of the attractions

We we're there on a summer weekend and we just loved it. This place is really just awesome. We are surely coming back to this lovely place. The hiking trails, scenic beauty, the town, shops, we just loved them all.... The free bus ride around the town is a cool thing we found although we did not use it. In the winter it will come really handy especially around the main Street as the parking in these areas are not ease to find on a busy day. Overall it was a great experience.

Ask for Ben for a ski school private lesson! He is amazing with learners of all ages and skill sets. He even does (dad level) magic tricks for the kids!

There are varied tracks, good snow, the service (people and transport on the mountain) is very good, and the trip is very much enjoyed

What a beautiful and fun way to escape the city nonsense! Everyone at the resort was sooooooo friendly!

The most amazing week was spent here with a great group of veterans, volunteers, members of multiple groups such as USA disabled spirits, warfighter sports, veterans affairs... Hands down the best rooms, best treatment, best food and snowboarding / skiing equipment and slopes. Can't wait to come back here, this pace had changed my life as a combat veteran and my family's as well.

Breck was a little packed for a Monday but that's what I get for accidentally going on spring break. The snow was good though once I found a lift with not so many people on it.

A beautiful place where tourists can enjoy the surroundings and its beautiful landscape and privileged location.

Great skiing and friendly, helpful people everywhere. Be ready for altitude sickness if you are not local.

Gr8, but geared towards kids and skiing, not summer activities.

Great trails for hiking snowshoeing or cross-country ski!

Great resort and town! There are slopes for skiers and snowboarders of every skill level. You would need to spend a week on this mountain to try all of it. The lifts are fast. My favorite thing here are the bars and outdoor seating to enjoy a beer or hot chocolate! Always a great experience.

We actually drove up the national Forest service road and went hiking on the ski hill in the summer and the views were breathtaking. We brought a Tepui tent on our road trip and it was so beautiful, we stayed the night. There was some sort of art display going on in town with projections in the trees, and there was also really good food along the strip. We really enjoyed our time on the mountain.

From the Az Central website, "The forest attracts outdoor enthusiasts year-round, with mountain biking and hiking trails winding through the 2.3-million-acre forest. The forest is rated as the top recreation forest in the nation by the U.S. Forest Service. Camping in the forest near Breckenridge puts you close to nature in simple yet scenic surroundings.... The White River National Forest allows dispersed camping along many of its trails and forest roads. A multi-vehicle-use map is available on the forest's website to help you locate routes where previous dispersed camping sites were established to help minimize impact on the forest. You may, however, camp anywhere within 300 feet of a roadway as long as you do no damage to the area. Use Leave No Trace techniques to leave your campsite as pristine as you find it. You can camp at any one site for up to 14 days before needing to relocate."

If your looking for good intermediate skiing, breckenridge is the place to go. Very friendly staff. Extremely enjoyable. Highly recommended.

Wonderful snow and infrastructure. Peak six is fantastic. Beautiful and huge terrain parks.

Great variety of terrain and lifts move skiers around quickly and efficiently.

Once you get past the sticker shock, Breckenridge is a wonderful resort for anyone from a learner to a real specialist. Being a large resort with four peaks, the lift wait times were very short when we were there and the restaurants were not too busy either. If you're looking for a resort with a nearby town for the evenings, breck is hard to beat.

Loved the night riding. Discounted lift tix from 2pm-8pm were reasonable and less crowded. Good lifts and slopes and staff.

I imagine that most people rate Breckenridge a 5. However, you don't get that great a view of the mountains from the town and it is too touristy (of course, that is what I was). And they make you pay for parking despite the fact that you are going there to spend money in the shops and restaurants.

The location is awesome! Situated right on the hill next to the ski lifts.

Vail always has good service but it was very crowded, especially at peak 9. The snow was good when it was but many of the ski slopes were glacial and not good at the end of the day.

Had a great time at the resort, everything located at its best places, stuff is very helpful. Equipment is great.

The snow conditions were amazing for this time if year. Staff is always super friendly and helpful. Can't wait to go back.
