Unfortunately not a pleasant experience with this jeweler. Find the staff arrogant. Once again indicated that I find a repair of 360, - for a Seiko Kinetic of 5 years old ridiculous, but there is no response at first. After I contacted Seiko, 45 off the repair price.
Just want to add that it says on your site that you are certified to carry out minor repairs to Seiko watches, but you immediately sent my watch to Seiko without looking at it yourself. That was also the reason to offer the watch to you for repair and not to the jeweler where I bought the watch. If I had known everything in advance .........
