We have received a new hob with an oven. Are not enthusiastic about daily handling after one month of use. Now everything looks great and works, but the cleaning shop is very complex and therefore not suitable for everyday use. It takes a lot of cleaning after each cooking, which was really easier with the previous model, also on the train, about 29 years old. Every fat splash burns into the plate. Model type: CT2H-31126 ...
6 units of vzug in the condominium. The built-in microwave was already defective in the warranty. An electronic part has been replaced, de that is a known problem and yet you sell the devices aware of end customers ?? Anyway ... about 3 months after expiry of the official manufacturer's guarantee, devices worth about 5000.- will be canceled on the exact same day. To my knowledge, there are no more swiss products, maybe it is because. But still Swiss prices ... well then ... the customer service is just as unreliable as the devices themselves. What amazes me first? You want to replace the device with the old lack again the well-known component. As it was about a year ago, then the device will turn out again. Feels a little familiar: as with the tvs and printers. The dishwasher, however, is "first" once failed within 2 years in 3 months look how it goes on ... I'm curious. I am rather disappointed that the employees of a large Swiss company do not live up to their promises they were unable to make a call within the deadline. I did not ask to solve the problem, just a phone call. We do not care about the microwave, but the dishwasher is full of water and does not turn on. Until the technicians arrive at least 6 days. I hope it does not start to smell that consequential or water damage occurs. But I am already looking forward to the next Wednesday, where my wife with a 5-month-old daughter has to stay home for a period of 3 hours. Bye for now
Got a V-Zug oven from the landlord to replace a 30 year old oven. With the V-Zug oven, you can tell that it is a model from the very bottom of the drawer. The seal on the oven is loosening and turning disgusting with peeling white flakes. The cheapest materials are used in invisible places and it only works where you touch it. A company with such a reputation is not allowed to design such products. You shoot yourself in the leg with it.
A kitchen with V-Zug appliances for 10 years. Fridge hinges 2x changed, glass ceramic hob 3x warped, Oven 1x total loss, dishwasher 1x down. Extractor hood for over 2000 francs, broken after 2 years (exchanged for an Ebay device for 200 euros still works). only the microwave oven works continuously and it certainly does not come from V-Zug. Oh, before I forget, the washing machine has long since given up the ghost. now Schultess. The V-Zug brand still benefits from the good reputation of bygone times and takes advantage of it. Sells inferior goods under the name at exorbitant prices. This will take revenge ... I feel sorry for the workers.
We have to say we are VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED of V-Zug quality! We have 2 flats, the 1st one we decided to install of home appliances with Siemens and a V-Zug washing machine, and until now, more than 10 years after, all Siemens products still work well, but the V-Zug machine failed twice. On the 2nd flat in Zug, constructed 3 years later, thinking to support local products and while the price were more than double, we chose V-Zug appliances, many thousands per appliance, thinking they would be of better quality and endurance, of Swiss quality. While we didn't use this flat really, probably 10% of time, just after the warranty period, the oven's panel turned off, no display, the dishwasher row broke, and the fridge had a small issue. The reparation costed around 500 (or 600, we don't remember exact value) CHF. But then we have to be absent very often in other countries, about 2 years later when we reused the oven, we realized the oven panel display was off again, but of course the warranty time was over. This means every 2 years it will cost about 300 CHF to replace the oven panel. Shortly later, the fridge's door didn't close, another reparation costed 300 CHF. So until now, while all Siemens appliances in the 1st flat still work without problem, in the 3 years younger flat many V-Zug appliances are broken: oven's panel turns off, the fridge has ice condensed, the microwave's disk does not spin and the washing machine in the 1st flat is also broken. So highly paid appliances are they really worthy, and Swiss quality? Very disappointed!
The freezer-drawer door handle of our 5+ year old Zug fridge broke off. After email exchange with Zug representative, they shipped us a whole door replacement. Guess what?!
THE REPLACEMENT PART COSTED 120CHF!
Any self-respecting (and customer respecting) company would replace a part for free, especially when you already overpay x2 for Zug appliances.
For 120CHF we could buy a new freakin fridge instead!
Zug lost a customer today, and I will not recommend their products to anyone!
Waiting times at the service hotline very long. For a request I was over an hour on the phone with about half the waiting loop was. Positive was that they tried to help me. Absolute no go, however, is that the employees at the customer express their disapproval ... Sorry V-Zug, you might have the quality, but good corporate culture is not that ...
The second door seal on the oven also curls after a short time. The leaks create condensation, which then drips on the kitchen furniture and damaged. All that remains for me to do is to provide field service and Field Engineering at my expense. Support = 0. Fortunately, there are other providers, the one I know so well ......
They did not help me! 2 chances have to suffice. I'll replace it with a better product at the next opportunity.
Update: V-Zug is very accommodating and sends the new parts with the right filters, has canceled the invoice! If everything went well, you get the 5 stars!
Best regards
S. Fasler
I ordered filter mats for tumblers, were delivered 2 months late. In addition, it is the cheapest China stuff. After installing the filters, I had even more contamination in the heat exchanger. After that, I had longer contact with the service. Unfortunately, he was really motivated underground to find a solution. In addition, he claims that I have not ordered such filters. He promised to send me a new filter insert with matching filter mats. 3 months later there is still nothing, except for the 3rd reminder, since apparently the bill for the cheap filters was not suspended. I persuaded my wife to take over the devices from Vzug, because they also have a good service. In the meantime I wish I had bought the devices from Conforams, because these devices are probably better. I am disappointed and will not recommend VZug to anyone. I also hold VZug liable for the damage to my tumbler. My legal protection is always happy about cases that are so easy to win!
Very bad products. Poor quality, poor energy efficiency and very expensive for nothing. Much better at Siemens and Bosch. However, it is installed in every apartment in the canton of Zug. Loss of value of all real estate
Overpriced products that are technically m.E. lag behind other providers. Thus, the laundry in the dryer never really as dry and / or soft as the "cheap" Siemens device before. Combi oven is indeed high quality, but controls and elements are outdated compared to other providers. Ever heard of "User Experience"? :)
Really bad is the customer service. I wanted to reorder a simple spare part or consumable material. Where exactly does this on the homepage? OK - contact form filled out. One week, nothing happens. So again, this time in a slightly stricter tone. Thereupon actually an email after a few days. Someone wants to contact me. Aha. Actually happens. Leaves no message. OK. 2-3 days later tried again, this time with message and callback number. There I hang now for 12 minutes in the queue "... They are important to us - but we are very busy".
UPDATE: Somebody contacted us by phone. The conversation was then half "They are important to us" and half "You have probably done something wrong, because we have not received your first request." Well ... Must have been the customer, right? Finally, I was asked to name the desired spare part and to send the device number via email. OK ... we had already exchanged 3-4 emails, but this request was new;)
Now the good: After the (unconfirmed) email actually came the spare part after about 2 working days with me. All's well that ends well!?
