Absolutely horrible experience. Staff was highly disorganized and refused to contact me throughout the entire process, but rather asked another of their clients to relay messages to me. I gave them my contact information repeatedly, yet when asked why they wouldn't contact me, "my contact information is not in their system." When filing this year's taxes, I found out that every filing the firm did for me was rejected by the IRS because they were filed incorrectly. I'm now facing late penalties and have a complete mess on my hands because of their lack of attention to detail & disorganization within their company. In addition to my mess, the client who was asked to relay information to me found out that they'd filed hers under a completely different name, and had to call attention to the mistake herself. These are people that I trusted with a pretty important aspect of my business, and it was by far the worst mistake I've made in my business yet.
