I took my laptop in bc I thought there was an issue with the screen and they were really lovely and helpful and replaced my screen for free but they told me it was an issue with the logic board which was going to cost me about $900 to replace but if I take it to apple the might be able to replace it for free. When I took it to apple they looked at the before an after tests and the logic board wasnt broken until after they replaced my screen and they lied about it so that apple would have to cover the repair, and the issue in the first place was that my battery needed replacing.

Terrible service and no help to my device. Made my way to the store instead of going straight to Apple and was met with rudeness by the lady at the counter who didn t take a look at my phone before stating that there was nothing she could do. However I went to Apple and they resolved the issue immediately. Can not recommend this place less.

They spam us misleading information. We ordered 2019 ratena MacBook for my son high school and we received 2017 and we been told it is hard to replace or refund because it is been opened for less than 30 minutes.

Extremely helpful staff. They explained everything in detail so I knew exactly what my issues were and the work required to fix my macbook pro. Friendly staff who went above and beyond to ensure I had a positive experience. Highly recommend to anyone needing help with their apple product.

Rubbish Apple service! I brought my Apple Watch in...

Rubbish Apple service! I brought my Apple Watch in for replacement under the Apple care+ protection plan, to be told after five days that it would be another week or two before I d have it back. Apparently, they hadn t even posted it as part off the express exchange service selected. What the heck is the point?!?!

Upon being advised to take the Apple Watch to an Apple Store instead, I was not even offered a formal apology. They have a huge Apple poster We care but seem to be oblivious to the meaning.

Apple, discontinue their license please.
