I've chosen to rate this "company" with 1 star (0, if I could) as I wish this experience on no one. This company is not a legitimate company. Do not buy from them! I purchased a "brand new" sink and this is what I was sent. Please note this picture is the unboxing of the new product as soon as it was opened. After contacting the seller and raising this, they very quickly had the product returned and then never ever responded to a message, call, email. Simply, radio silence in response. Luckily I paid with paypal and after 45days of dispute resolution, will get my money back. Buy from them at at your own risk, this is my experience.
Bought an Inmotion bin, when it arrived I unpacked it to find that it had a scuff mark and some discolouration on the Chrome lid. I put in a complaint within 20 minutes of the delivery arriving and have now waited double the time they suggest is the maximum time they need to respond but no one has contacted me. I want them to take away the old bin and refund my money.
